- Why do we charge for shipping?
Shipping costs money. We believe that our customers should know exactly, for what they are paying. Whether the shipping costs are calculated directly (like we do), or in the price of the product, at the end of the day, the customer will have to carry it. In our calculation, shipping costs are reduced, buying several products simultaneously. With each item purchased, the shipping costs will be adjusted to the total weight. We believe that this kind of calculation is for the customer cheaper,fair and transparent.
- How long does the shipping take?
after recieving payment confirmation from Amazon we send the items immediately (till 09:00 AM). Usually the delivery takes between 2-5 business days. In case it takes longer, we are kindly asking you to inform us: firstname.lastname@example.org

- My ordered goods arrived damaged. What do I do now?
In general, the logistic company is responsible for any shipping damage. notify both the carrier and us (email address: email@example.com). Please notice always your Amazon-Order-Number.
For consignments which arrive already externally damaged, please refuse the acceptance of the package or letter. In that case they will be sent back to us with no further costs for you. Inform us about the incident, so we can send you a replacement asap.
- I have received the product and it does not work. What do I do now?
We strive always to send only new and functioning items. We test the product, however, due to the volume of shippments only at random. There are several possibilities for a complaint, such as, for example, production errors or compatibility problems, etc., it is very important therefore that you contact us in this matter (firstname.lastname@example.org).
We will send you more information, how to proceed with the complaint. Finally, we are aiming a customer-friendly solution.

- Why do we offer electric devices without UK-Plug
The market place Amazon.co.uk is used also by customers from other european countries. We offer therefore as a german company mainly devices with EU-Plug. In some cases we can offer, however, devices with UK-Plug as well. Please be aware of our product description and in case you live in the UK and ordered the wrong device...we can offer you a convertor EU-UK.

Our Terms of shippment:
As soon as Amazon sends us your order it will be sent electronically to us. We aim to despach all orders within 1-2 working days of receipt from Amazon. The shipping process depends on the logistics company. Our average delivery time from Germany is approximately 2 to 4 business days. In some cases it can even take up to 5-6 business days. Shippment within Amazon-fullfilment applies to Amazon condition. We can´t grant an individuell delivery. In some cases shipments will require a signature.
Invoice and Vat:
We are obliged to charge VAT on all orders delivered to destinations in member countries of the EU. Amazon provides the invoice. You can print it from your Amazon-Account.

You buy 2 items directly from us (no Fulfilment in this case). The item costs 12 pounds, shipment 4 pounds and every additional item 0.15 pounds. You pay all in all 26.15 pounds. Buying 3 items you pay 40.30 Pounds etc.
