For larger items being shipped with a courier, we will send an email notification to your Amazon account confirming the delivery date and wherever possible we will contact you again on the morning of the delivery date with an estimated delivery time.
DELIGHTFUL UK RETURN POLICY - AMAZON MARKETPLACE

UNWANTED ITEMS: We have a no quibble return policy for all items bought from Delightful UK. All we ask is that you inform us, through Amazon, within seven days, that you no longer wish to keep your item. Please provide the following details so we can identify your purchase: 1) Amazon Order Number 2) Date of Purchase 3) Date of Receipt 4) Your Full Name and we will issue an RMA Number to you. Then, just return your item, within 30 days from date of purchase (enclosing the same information), to our Honley address in an unused, as new, re-saleable condition, in original packaging. You must not damage/mark the packaging in any way. Please do not return an item without an RMA Number. For Electronics Items please be advised that if an item is returned opened, used, or with incomplete/damaged packaging, we reserve the right to apply a restocking charge. Likewise if any item is returned to us as "delivery refused" or "item not called for" or "address undeliverable" - we reserve the right to apply a restocking charge.
REFUNDS: Amazon states that refunds will usually be processed within 2-3 weeks. However, at Delightful UK most refunds are authorised within 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If an item is delivered that has been damaged in transit, please notify us through Amazon immediately as we must notify the delivery company within 48 hours to initiate a claim. Please do not return an item without an RMA Number.
FAULTY ITEMS: If your item isn't working properly, please check the product manual. You can usually find troubleshooting and "getting started" information there. If you need additional assistance, you need to request missing pieces or replacement parts, or you need warranty information, you may find it helpful to contact the manufacturer directly or alternatively send us an email through Amazon and our Customer Services will provide you with the necessary information. Should your item develop a manufacturing fault within 30 days of item being despatched, please inform us in writing through Amazon. We will require the following information: 1) Amazon Order Number 2) Date of Purchase 3) Your Full Name 4) Detailed Description of the Fault. We shall contact you as soon as possible with relevant action to be taken. Please do not return an item without an RMA Number. If an item becomes defective more than 30 days after despatch and is covered under a warranty, we will assist you in pursuing a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
