Q: What is the dispatching time for all the orders placed with active care online?
A: All our orders are dispatched within 12 working hours. We dont dispatched products on weekends. Hence all the orders placed on Friday will be dispatched on Monday morning. 

Q: What is the approximate delivery timings after dispatching the products?
A: Once products are dispatched from our office, they are leaving the Royal mail on very next day. Hence all our orders are getting deliver by Royal mail standard deliver timings. 

Q: Why condoms are loose and not in the box?
A: We buy condoms in bulk packaging to reduce the buying cost. As we are buying them at lower prices, we can sell them at very competitive prices which can benefits our customers. We are passing that benefits fully to our customers. Our prices are far lower than the super market even though we are delivering products to your door step. We are also saving on delivery costs by sending them in loose. Products are exactly same as super market. You can also compare them by buying small box from super market. Sexual health products are very important in our daily lives and it can prevent so many diseases, so its better to get them at lower rates rather then giving more importance to package.

Q: How the products are packed?
A: All the products are packed in brown bags to make them discreet. We pack them by considering the state of the products i.e. if it is fragile, we pack them with bubble wrap. If it is bulky, we pack them in card board boxes with extra packaging materials. If product dont require any packaging material, we send them in brown bags.

    All our small orders are getting delivered by Royal mail standard delivery services. Big orders are delivered by APC. 

    Royalmail standard delivery service deliver all the parcel within 3-5 working days, however in some cases it may take more time. In this cases, we always help our customers to resolve the issues.
