JJ PC Store are fast growing reseller of goods on Amazon. Our huge buy in deals allow us to sell goods at great prices. Orders are usually processed within one working day which allows for very quick delivery (Don't take our word for it - look at our feedback !).
All printers/items sold are as supplied by the manufacturer. We don't take out original inks or toners as this can invalidate your warranty.
Items over 1Kg are usually sent by the Parcelforce courier network on a 2 working day delivery service. If you're not in they'll leave you a card and for a small additional charge you can even arrange collection from a local Post Office.
Items under 1Kg are usually sent via Royal Mail's recorded delivery system.
Please note we do not currently have a courier contract for the Channel Islands and cannot deliver to this region.
OVERVIEW OF CONSUMER CONTRCTS REGULATIONS (FORMERLY DISTANCE SELLING REGULATIONS) AND FAULTY ITEMS:
- Cancellation under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
You may cancel the contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations by notifying us no later than 14 working days after we deliver the goods that you are cancelling the contract.
You may not cancel your contract with us under the Consumer Contracts Regulations where any computer software has been unsealed by you. We will not accept the return of software where the cellophane on software has been opened or software has been installed. Unless the software is part of a package (e.g. the software is included by the manufacturer in the box of a PC and the PC is faulty).
The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us. If the item does not include the original packaging a charge may be made. We reserve the right to make a minimum charge of £50 to restore a used computer or printer back to factory default settings. Please note you cannot return a used computer or printer to us under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have a statutory duty throughout the period of cancellation, to retain possession of the goods that have been delivered and take reasonable care of them.
If you cancel the contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you must return the goods to us at your own expense.
You must take care to ensure that JJ PC Store receives the goods and the goods are not damaged in transit.
Failure to do so might result in a breach of your statutory duty to take reasonable care and JJ PC Store will have a right of action against you to withhold a refund.
If you cancel the contract under the Consumer Contracts Regulations and do not return the goods as required, we may charge you our direct costs of recovering the goods.
The manufacturer acts as our agent to repair your goods. For the quickest solution please contact the manufacturer first in the event of any issues:

Faulty items are any product that we supply to you which do not conform to the contract. The following are not classed as faulty items:
Any items that fail due to normal wear and tear, accident, wilful damage, failure to follow instructions, negligence by you or a third party, use otherwise than in accordance with their intended use, or any modification or maintenance carried out without the prior approval of JJ PC Store or the product's manufacturer.
You need to inform us as soon as possible if you find that any items on your order are faulty. If you return items because you think they are faulty, we may charge you the delivery costs and any costs and expenses involved if it is found that the items returned are not actually faulty.
In the first instance we will attempt to rectify the fault promptly. Failing that a replacement of a similar aged product will be offered. In some instances when this is not possible a partial or full refund will be offered depending on circumstances.

What are the delivery rates for Marketplace orders?
Delivery rates for some items sold by Sellers may differ. Please check the delivery charges before you click the final "Place your order" button on the checkout page. Please note that Super Saver Delivery isn't available for Marketplace items. Postage rates and delivery information for items sold by Sellers at Amazon Marketplace can also be found when you click on a Seller's feedback rating in a list of Sellers offering an item for sale. From the page that appears, just click on "Delivery rates" or "Shipping rates" at the bottom right of the page.
Express Delivery from Marketplace Sellers is a separate service from the Express Delivery option offered by Amazon. If you're not happy with the delivery dates shown when you place your order, you have the option to cancel the order in your account within 30 minutes of placing the order.
Calculating total delivery cost when you purchase more than one item.
As Marketplace orders are dispatched from different individual Sellers, you pay a separate delivery charge for each item you order. This is the case even if you order a number of items from the same Seller at the same time. To calculate the total delivery charge, add together the appropriate delivery rates for each item.
We display the domestic standard delivery fee associated with Seller offerings to make the potential delivery costs clearer. The delivery cost associated with a particular item is also displayed while you're placing your order.
Note: Items sold by Marketplace sellers in the US or Canada may also be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once the package reaches your country. Learn more.Back to top
What are the delivery times?
Depending on the dispatch method selected, orders dispatched from the UK generally arrive within the following time frames:
- UK: 1 - 15 business days
- Europe: 3 - 18 business days
- US and rest of world: 7 - 23 business days
If you don't receive your order after this time, contact your Seller and let them know. Please note that for Sellers dispatching from international locations, standard delivery times can vary between 3 and 23 days.Back to top
Where can I get a Marketplace order delivered to?
Sellers on Amazon.co.uk Marketplace can choose their own delivery destinations. If during the ordering process you see a message that the item you want to buy can't be dispatched to your country, it's likely your Seller has specified domestic delivery (UK) only. If the item isn't available for delivery to your location you might want to check if other Sellers are offering the same item and can deliver to your address. You could also contact the Seller to let them know that you're interested in purchasing the item. The Seller may then choose to make it available for delivery to your location.Back to top
Which customs or import fees do I have to pay if my order is being delivered to an address outside the UK?
When ordering from Marketplace Sellers, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
