Q: Are your items all new?
A: All items sold through us are new, and in new packaging. With two exceptions:
  • We ship some small (but heavy) scratch posts without original display boxes to keep their weight within standard postal rates
  • Occasionally we have clearance items from our warehouse. These will be clearly marked as such when offered on Amazon

Q: How can you sell the items at discount?
A: We design, develop, manufacture(overseas), import, warehouse and distribute the majority of the products we sell so can offer price savings when selling direct

Q: What happens if my product is damaged or defective on delivery?
A: If the parcel is badly damaged on delivery please do not sign for it and ask the delivery driver to return it to us. Contact us IMMEDIATELY to let me know this is happening and I will organise a replacement by return. If you accept the parcel and find any damaged parts please let us know and these will be sent out to you without having to return the whole product. †

Q: What happens if I don't like the item when I receive it, even though it is in perfect condition?
A: Please return it to us unused and with its original packaging. Once inspected a refund will be made but a 15% restocking charge may be levied at the absolute discretion of Cleo Pet Ltd. This does not affect your statutary rights under distance selling rules.†

Q: What happens if I want to return an item and exchange for another item.†
A: No problem just send the item back and let us know what you want and will send this in return for an extra payment either way depending on the value of the goods and extra postage.†

    About Cleo Pet Accessories

    Cleo Pet Limited was founded in 2001 by Product Designer Shaun Woodward and his business partner. At that time it was felt many pet products were lacking the innovation, refinement and style seen routinely in other sectors, and so an opportunity presented itself to Shaun.

    Since then Cleo Pet has always been and will continue to be 'product led'. Shaun's expertise has lead to the design and manufacture of over 200 exciting, innovative and stylish products, ranging from cat climbers to wild bird feeders. The majority of these products are designed and developed 'in house'.

    In 2013 Shaun decided to dedicate more time to his product design business so Cleo Pet moved to our warehouse premises in Tarvin, Chester. However we are delighted to retain Shaun's expertise and he will assist us with the development of new products in the future.

    Cleo Pet Accessories Dispatch Policies

    All Cleo Pet products are despatched in export quality double-walled boxes to guarantee that your delivery arrives in exactly the same condition it left us in.


    The majority of our orders are delivered by our courier service Yodel. Please note we guarantee to dispatch all orders placed before 3pm (Mon-Fri) for next working day delivery. We also include Saturday as a working day so if you place your order before 3pm on Friday it will be delivered on Saturday. Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched Monday for delivery Tuesday.

    Please note 95% of deliveries are made next working day. In the unlikely event of our courier experiencing problems with your delivery it will automatically go out for delivery on the following day. If you experience any problems with your delivery please contact us on 0800 358 6142.
