    About Motionperformance - Waxacar

    Waxacar.co.uk was initially set up in 2000 as a mail order company with the promise to customers to provide quality vehicle accessories at inexpensive prices. Run from home, Peter & Jan Swift soon realised that they would need to expand to accommodate their quickly growing business.

    Opening a small shop in Runcorn, Cheshire the business lifted off the ground and the need to employ staff to help was obvious.

    Now, Waxacar has bought the Motionperformance.co.uk  name and are currently expanding into all areas of vehicle styling and accessories. Still with the promise of keeping prices as inexpensive as possible but maintaining their excellent customer service.

    Returns and Refunds

    Any damaged or wrongly sent items need to be reported in 7 working days 

    Items wrongly ordered need to be sent back at the cost of the buyer for a refund within 7 working days of receipt to the following address:

    If you want to return an item this should be done within 7 working days at your own cost.

    Buyers can request us to pick up the item from them at a cost of £9.00 plus vat 

    Any items not called for with Royal Mail or no response to calling cards with couriers can be re sent but a postage charge will apply (cost dependent on size of item and delivery option)  refunds on these items will be subject to a 15% handling charge 

    Any items not received need to be reported within 14 days so that we can make a claim against Royal Mail or the courier.

    Buyers who wish to cancel the order need to notify us as soon as possible. If the item has already been processed then it is the buyers responsibility to send the item back to us.
