Q: What is your return policy?
A: Inform us in writing within 7 working days from the day after you receive delivery of the goods and we will then contact you to agree a resolution. Return the goods to us within 14 working days. Q: What happens if I want to cancel my order?
A: If you haven't yet received delivery of your order & wish to cancel, we will offer you a refund asap & within a max. of 30 days after the date of cancellation. However if your order is already in transit, you will still have to accept delivery of the goods & return them at your own cost, by following our returns procedure (see above).

Q: What happens if I receive faulty or damaged goods?
A: If goods are received faulty or develop a fault within 6 months of purchase you may be entitled to a refund, free repair or replacement as appropriate. If the goods are delivered faulty or damaged, you must follow the returns procedure above. We will pay the return postage costs of faulty goods.
