    CUSTOMER SERVICES CHRISTMAS OPENING TIMES:

    Our office will be closed from 24th - 28th and 30th - 31st December all day. Our phone lines will be open as usual 29th - 30th December. 

    Please note:
    We are unable to fulfil any orders to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Jersey and Guernsey.

    We do NOT ship to the following postcode ranges: any beginning with BT, GY, JE, TR21-25, IM1-9, IW, ZE, KW, HS, IV3-5, KA27, KA28, PA20-78 and PH31-44.

    At present, our 1 man delivery service is only insured to deliver items to the front door of the building. It is at the delivery driver's discretion as to whether or not he enters the property. Our 2 man delivery service is only insured to deliver items to the first floor of a property, unless there is a lift in place.

    Worldstores Dispatch Policies

    WorldStores on Amazon currently ship to UK Mainland addresses only. We do NOT ship to any off-shore address, including to Northern Ireland, or to parts of Scotland and Wales. We do not ship to Europe or the rest of the world.

    At present, we are unable to ship items to the following UK postcode ranges: any BT (Northern Ireland), GY (Guernsey), JE (Jersey), TR21-25 (Scilly Isles), IM1-9 (Isle of Man), IW (Isle of Wight), ZE (Shetlands), KW, HS, IV3-5, KA27, KA28, PA20-78 and PH31-44.

    We can ship to the following UK postcode ranges, but on an extended delivery scale: AB31-38, AB41-56, FK19-21, IV1, PH9, PH15-30.

    Amazon has recently changed their domestic shipping policy. As a third-party seller on Amazon, we can no longer stop orders that we are unable to fulfil at the checkout stage. Therefore if you make an order from one of the above post code ranges, your order will be processed and you will be charged. If this is the case, we will contact you within 48 hours to advise you of the situation, before issuing a full refund.

    Returns and Refunds

    Furniture:

    Delivery discrepancies: Any discrepancies must be reported within 24hrs of delivery. On arrival, if packaging appears damaged it is recommended that this is marked on the delivery note before you sign.

    Missing items on delivery: Please check all goods that are delivered to you and only sign for the items you have received. We can not be held liable for missing goods that have been signed for.

    Damages: All orders must be checked at the time of delivery and if you feel there may be any damages to your order please sign for this as damaged. We will replace any missing or broken parts where possible.

    Under Guarantee: All our products are supplied with a 12 month manufacturers' warranty. If you feel your product is faulty please contact us directly at amazon@worldstores.co.uk with photos of the fault. Once this has been deemed defective by ourselves or the manufacturer we will be able to provide a replacement item.

    Please note that unwanted mattresses cannot be returned once opened due to hygiene. We reserve the right to send any returned mattresses back to you again if we believe they have been opened and/or used. Some mattresses - namely memory foam mattresses - will arrive vacuum packed, please do not open and unroll to inspect if the goods are incorrect. There will be clear identification seen through the packaging. Opened vacuum packed mattresses will not be returned regardless of whether the correct model has or hasn’t been delivered.

    Consumer Electronics:

    If the item appears to be faulty within 28 days of receipt you will need to return it to us so that we can send a replacement product/issue a refund to you. After 28 days, you should contact us for advice on 0344 482 7651 or by email.

    After 6 months of receipt of the item we cannot accept faulty goods back, so you will need to contact the manufacturer directly.

    Unwanted goods

    Furniture:

    Goods will be collected and a charge of £40.00 per item (collection and restocking fee). Goods must be returned in the packaging they arrived in within 7 days of receipt.

    Consumer Electronics:

    Within 7 days your order can be returned for a full refund for any reason. After 7 days we reserve the right to refuse opened and/or unwanted goods, or to charge a discretionary re-stocking fee of £5 or 7% of the value of the goods, whichever is the greater amount.

    Unwanted Headphones & Mattresses:

    Please note that unwanted headphones or mattresses cannot be returned once opened due to health laws. We reserve the right to send any returned headphones back again if we believe they have been opened and/or used.

    Postage:

    All returned items must be sent by a trackable method as we are not responsible for un-received goods. The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer – there are some exceptions, please email for details.

    You should always contact us if you are unsure if you can return an item to us.
