    Orders made before 3:00pm on normal working days will be processed for delivery and will usually arrive with you within 3 to 5 working days



    Expedited orders made before 3:00pm on normal working days will usually arrive with you within 1 to 2 working days

    Faulty Goods

    Goods damaged in transit must be reported to us by email within 24 hours of delivery. We advise that you thoroughly check the packaging before signing, and if there is damage to the packaging and possibly the item on delivery please ‘REFUSE’ the delivery or sign as ‘UNCHECKED’. This helps avoid the possibility of dispute as to the responsibility for damage.

    Goods faulty on arrival must be reported to us by email within 24 hours of delivery. We recommend that goods are turned on as soon as possible after delivery to check that they are not dead on arrival and boot up correctly. These problems occur in a very small number of machines across the industry and in all brands. Delays in checking, for any reason, may cause unnecessary delays in correcting the problem.

    Faulty goods that have exceeded 28 days: you will need to contact the Manufacturer under the warranty. They will go through diagnostics and advise you on the best course of action. If the manufacturer confirms that the item needs to be returned to us, please obtain an RMA/RETURNS reference from them. It is also a good idea to take note of the person’s name you spoke to including their employee identification number or call reference as we can not process your return without verifying the returns request.

    We do not accept the return of: software or extended warranties which have been opened, have a broken seal or have been downloaded. Computers or Laptops which have had software activated/pre-installed or have been registered in the customer’s name with the manufacturer, or not restored to factory setting, unless the item is faulty.

    Unwanted items

    If you have purchased as a private consumer, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchased items within a period of 7 days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. Returns after this date may be accepted upto a maximum of 30 days ( inclusive of the above 7 days ) after a reasonable restocking fee has been charged.  This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, video games and software products where the item has been unsealed or products where they would possibly be an issue of hygiene (such as headphones). Please note that we are unable to accept cancellation of, or returns for, digital items once downloading has commenced.

    Items such as Personal Computers and Laptops can be returned for a refund under the Distance Selling Regulations providing that pre-installed software has not been registered etc.., as to do so would exceed what a consumer would be able to do in a shop.

    Incorrect orders

    Incorrectly received orders must be reported to us as soon as possible after delivery. We recommend that you open your parcel and check your product(s) within 24 hours of receipt.

    Return procedure

    Email us via your Amazon Account requesting a Returns Material Authorisation (RMA) and provide us with a good description of the fault or reason for the return.

    Await our Returns Department to approve the RMA and to advise on how to return. Do not send back any item to us unless we have advised you to do so by email.

    Under the Distance Selling Regulations consumers are under a statutory duty throughout the period of cancellation to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them. Please take care not to damage the packaging when opening/removing goods for inspection. Returned goods should be accompanied by all of their original packaging etc..

    Repack in the original package with everything received, including a copy of the RMA email we send you. Missing any original components may incur a refusal of repair, exchange or refund from us; unless the reason for return is due to the missing components or a faulty product.

    Once instructed, please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of package without marking the manufacturer’s box and send it back to us within 14 days of notification. We will not be responsible for any consequence caused if customers do not mark the RMA as requested.

    Please note it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure unwanted items are returned, well packaged, preferably by Royal Mail Recorded and you will not be refunded the return postage cost.

    We will promptly deal with the return and inform you of progress by email

    All returned goods are tested and if they are found not to be faulty or the fault is related to damage not reported at the time of delivery we will return the item to you at your expense.
