    The Simply Group specialises in a range of outdoor and leisure markets such as swimming, hiking, camping, fitness, skiing, beachwear & underwear.

    We operate our retail outlet from a large industrial unit in the heart of Faversham, Kent. Harnessing intelligent data and technology to streamline our business has been fundamental to our success. This has allowed us to keep your prices down and customer satisfaction high. Our emphasis on customer experience has led to a number of our online stores being nominated for numerous e-commerce awards, keeping us at the forefront of the retail dot com era.

    Our History

    We were established in 1995 as a dive store in a small rural facility. As the first dive centre to offer an online dive store we quickly grew out of our first premises. In 2001 we moved to a larger industrial unit to cope with the growth. In 2004 we expanded into other markets allowing us to compete with other businesses on a much higher level.

    We’ve since moved premises again to a larger unit and currently staff an expanding team of professionals. Our aim is to offer you the best online shopping experience available, whilst being on hand to assist you with specialist product knowledge and advice.

    The Simply Group Dispatch Policies

    DELIVERY

    We aim to despatch your order as soon as possible after receiving it from Amazon - usually the same working day (Mon-Fri, before 3pm).  Delivery usually takes 1 to 2 days from despatch for Expedited deliveries and up to 4 days for Standard deliveries (excluding weekends and public holidays).

    BFPO

    Should you require we are able to ship your order via the British Forces Post Office.  Unfortunately however, we are unable to support VAT free sales to BFPO addresses via Amazon regardless of their location.

    Channel Islands

    Unfortunately we are unable to support VAT free sales to Channel Island addresses via Amazon.
