    Returns and Refunds

    If you have a faulty or damaged item, or for any reason receive what appears to be incorrect goods please contact us by email and explain the problem in as much detail as you are able. Please include our order number found onb the top of your delivery note.

    Provided the product is within its warranty period, we will at our expense arrange the return of the product and send replacement goods within 1 working day of receiving the return. Please do not return any goods without an authorised returns number. For Technology Products you may be referred to the manufacturer for product specific advise or Diagnosis.

    If you wish to return goods because you have changed your mind and you notify us within 30 days of receiving your goods we will be happy to refund you in full on reciept of the goods. Due to our prices including postage a deduction of upto 20% of the items sale price will be deducted from your refund. Refunds can only be given for goods returned in the condition that you recieved them.

    In accordance with Amazons return policies, returns and refunds on Large items will not be accepted after 14 days.

    Return postage costs for unwanted items are the responsibility of the customer.
