 When can I expect delivery of my item?   

All items, except high value items are dispatched within 48 hours of your payment clearing. (Excluding Weekends & Bank Holidays). 

For high value items such as mobile phones, iPods & game consoles we impose a 5-7 day clearing period for payment verification (Excluding Weekends        & Bank Holidays). Due to a large number of fraudulent transactions (third-party hacks into eBay & PayPal accounts) received by our company in        the past we implemented this policy as a safety net to catch any such fraudulent transactions. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you but safety and security is our first priority.        

Please check the listings for specifics. We dispatch by Royal Mail First Class / Second class Service; UK customers in most instances can expect        delivery in 1 to 2 working days, but Royal Mail does not guarantee this. Non-UK customers can expect delivery within 2 to 10 working days, but again this is not guaranteed.   

I received faulty or wrong item, what shall I do?   

We apologise in advance if this happens. Prior to any return please get in contact with us through Amazon, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48-hour turnaround Monday to Friday. Please note that the buyer pays the cost of return postage in any instance,  and you are responsible for ensuring we receive the item back prior to a refund or exchange.   

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in shipping or damaged or missing items. We will not entertain any claims outside of your purchased item. Any personal / Business loss with the item you have purchased is solely your responsibility. Please make sure you have other resources available before you are ordering any important item / supply  as sometime due to postal delays or faulty items or missing products may result that you are not able to use your item for a long time.

We will however in such case ask you to return the item for a refund.

 I would like a refund, how do I go about this?   

A full refund on the purchase price of the item will be provided if the item is returned within 14 working days of receipt, and in its original condition. Prior to any return please get in contact with us through Amazon, and we will provide you with the information you require to return the item. All returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt. 

Please return the item within 14 working days or please check the item description carefully. .Please note that for return of any unwanted item , we reserve the right to charge 25% fees if you have opened the box or used or removed the item from the box  and our delivery cost , Which will be deducted from item value



Why is the cost of P&P more than the cost of a stamp?   
Our costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling charges. To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel unhappy        about the cost of P&P. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of the above.   
The Recorded Delivery & International Signed for Tracking Numbers are not working?   
Items that are sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail International Signed For service are only traceable upon delivery. Upon issuing of a        Tracking number to you; your item is in the hands of the postal service. These are the terms and conditions of these services. We have no control over        this. Please allow 18 days prior to making any contact with us regarding non-receipt. Note – Please also check the postal address you supplied on the PayPal transaction receipt.

    Gizmofones Dispatch Policies

    All items are in stock and are dispatched to you within 48 Working hours of your payment being received.  Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day.

    UK Delivery  – Royal Mail 1st Class & 1st Class Recorded. – normally 1- 2 working days, but not guaranteed.

    Europe & Ireland  – Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for – normally 2 – 5 working days, but not guaranteed.

    USA, Canada & Rest of the World  - Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for – normally 3 – 10 working days, but not guaranteed.

    We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 14 days from date of dispatch. For items sent recorded delivery this will be 18 days.  We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.   Thanks for your understanding.

    Please note that for the return of any unwanted item, we reserve the right to charge up to 25% admin fees if you have broken the seal or used the product. This is because once the seal is broken a product is no longer classed as brand new and therefore we are unable to sell it. We will also charge for our delivery cost and the customer will bare any costs for returning the item to us. We will deduct this from the total item value when processing your refund. We will refund the purchase once we have received the item back at our warehouse and it has been inspected and processed by our returns department.
