Over The Coming Months We Will Be Introducing More Ranges To Enhance Our Already Comprehensive Offer.


    While We Are A New Company, We Have A Wealth Of Experience In This Sector. Our Managing Director Has Been In The Retail Business For Nearly 30 Years And For The Last Twenty Years Has Been A Buying And Merchandising Director For Two Of The Largest Soft Furnishing Companies In The Country.     Our Office Hours Are 8 am - 7 pm Monday - Friday. All Of Our Dedicated Staff Have Access To Emails And Messages Outside Of These Hours And Will Try And Make Contact With You To Speed Up Your Enquiry Wherever Possible. We Do Have A Formal Staff Training System On Tuesday Evening So Their Might Be A Small Delay In Answering Your Phone Call Or Taking Your Email.

    For Your Information And Things That Sellers Do Not Often Mention, There Are A couple Of Points We Thought We Would Make You Aware Of.
    1. If We Cannot Answer Your Phone Call, An Answer Machine Will Switch On. The Memory On Our Machine Is 30 minutes. We Do Not Imagine We Will Ever Have This Amount Of Back-Log But If We See It Rising Our Simple Solution Is More Phone Lines, More Staff And Increased Working Hours.
    2. Our Emails Are Forwarded From Our Internet Service Provider To Our Outlook Service. We Have Tested This Over The Past Few Weeks And Have Noted That Some Emails For Reasons We Do Not Know Can Take Up To An Hour To Arrive On Our Desktops And Slightly Longer On Remote Connections Such As Phones, Laptops And Tablets That We All Use.
    3. Occasionally And Again We Do Not Know The Full Reason Why, But The Team Have Experienced This While Working For Other On-Line Retailers That Some Emails Divert To Junk/Spam. While We Do Have Filters Set Up To Protect Us From Unwanted Mail This Should Not Apply To Our Customers But Sometimes Does Happen. All Our Operator's Have Been Tasked To Check Their Junk Email Boxes Twice A Day To Ensure That We Do Not Miss Any Valuable Communications From You.
    4. If You Use The Amazon Contact Seller Email, It Does Not Come Through To Us Automatically As Amazon Amends Your Contact Details To Ensure Your Privacy. Our Operators Will Be Checking This System Every 2 Hours During Normal Working Hours And Every Few Hours When We Are Not In The Office And Over Public Holidays. Responses Are Not Always Immediate As They Again Have To Go Through Amazon's Software Before They Are Forwarded.
