Q)Who do we use to ship purchases?A) Small items are generally shipped by Royal Mail - First Class
Larger items go with couriers, this varies depending on size and weight.
Q) How quick will I receive my purchase?
A) Goods ship out Monday to Friday, Royal Mail deliver Monday to Saturday and Couriers Monday to Friday. Expedited means it will go on a next day service - Royal Mail First Class or Courier Next Day.
Standard go on second class post, this is usally 2 to 3 days. Please remeber there is a 1-2 day handling time for any service that you choose.The estimated despatch and delivery dates are displayed to you at checkout.
Q) I received an email on Saturday saying the parcel had been shipped, has it?
A) No, it hasnt been shipped. It has been picked and packed ready for collection on Monday by the carriers. Amazon will not allow us to set a shipment date ahead of picking, however our warehouse runs 7 days a week picking and packing.
Q) Can I call you for advice?
A) It is generally best to call Monday to Friday between 9am and 5 pm. The office is staffed at this time.

We endeavor to keep all goods in stock and aim to deliver within 5 working days of cleared payment. All items are shipped direct to your door, as we do not offer a collection service. Smaller items are sent by Royal mail and may require a signature, larger items are delivered Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm by our couriers, a signature is required upon receipt of goods.
As with all third party market place sellers we have up to two days to prepare the order for delivery. The order will then be dispatched with your chosen service. This is a separate service from the shipping options amazon offer. If you are not happy with the delivery dates when you place your order, you have the option to cancel the order in your account within 30 minutes of placing the order.
Should you be unavailable to sign for an item it will returned to couriers local depot and a card will be left for you to re-arrange delivery.
For legal reasons couriers cannot leave packages unsigned for and any requests for items to be left in the porch/shed/garden, will be disregarded.
Please note any issues relating to damage of goods during transit must be reported immediately and signed for accordingly, for us to proceed with a claim.
All cycles are shipped boxed and require assembly before use.
