    What are the delivery rates for Marketplace orders?

    Delivery rates for some items sold by  Sellers may differ. Please check the delivery charges before you click the final "Place your order" button on the checkout page. Please note that Super Saver Delivery isn't available for Marketplace items. Postage rates and delivery information for items sold by Sellers at Amazon Marketplace can also be found when you click on a Seller's feedback rating in a list of Sellers offering an item for sale. From the page that appears, just click on "Delivery rates" or "Shipping rates" at the bottom right of the page.

    Express Delivery from Marketplace Sellers is a separate service from the Express Delivery option offered by Amazon. If you're not happy with the delivery dates shown when you place your order, you have the option to cancel the order in your account within 30 minutes of placing the order.

    Calculating total delivery cost when you purchase more than one item.

    As Marketplace orders are dispatched from different individual Sellers, you pay a separate delivery charge for each item you order. This is the case even if you order a number of items from the same Seller at the same time. To calculate the total delivery charge, add together the appropriate delivery rates for each item.

    We display the domestic standard delivery fee associated with Seller offerings to make the potential delivery costs clearer. The delivery cost associated with a particular item is also displayed while you're placing your order.

    What are the delivery times?

    Sellers are expected to dispatch goods directly to the customer within two business days of the order being placed. Depending on the dispatch method selected, orders dispatched from the UK generally arrive within the following time frames:

    • UK: 1 - 15 business days
    • Europe:  3 - 18 business days
    • US and rest of world: 7 - 23 business days

    If you don't receive your order after this time, contact your Seller and let them know. Please note that for Sellers dispatching from international locations, standard delivery times can vary between 3 and 23 days.

    Where can I get a Marketplace order delivered to?

    Sellers on Amazon.co.uk Marketplace can choose their own delivery destinations. If during the ordering process you see a message that the item you want to buy can't be dispatched to your country, it's likely your Seller has specified domestic delivery (UK) only. If the item isn't available for delivery to your location you might want to check if other Sellers are offering the same item and can deliver to your address. You could also contact the Seller to let them know that you're interested in purchasing the item. The Seller may then choose to make it available for delivery to your location.

    Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. It is not necessary to be a registered customer to shop on this site. If you are a registered customer you will need to login to activate any discounts.

    We accept credit card payment. We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may pay by credit or debit card using our secure online payment system. Your details are not kept by us. Alternatively you have the option of paying through PayPal using the PayPal button at checkout.

    When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

    Shipping And Handling Shipping is charged for all orders and is applied according to your order weight and destination during the checkout process and charges are made subject to zones stipulated by our courier. Please check the drop down menu during checkout for any available options.

    Selection of an incorrect post code zone will delay your shipment, and will require us to surcharge your order up to the correct courier charge, which by accepting our terms and conditions, you agree to. Your order will not be sent until all additional courier charges are paid

    We do not normally operate a next day service due to the nature of our products but will be pleased to assist with any delivery request made prior to ordering. Please allow a minimum of 7 days for receipt of your order except during November and December when you will need to check our customer service message on our home page for up to date order lead times. During busy periods it is necessary to allow up to 10 days from order to receipt of goods. Please contact us if your order is urgent prior to ordering.

    Items offered with free postage apply to England, Wales and the Scottish lowlands only, and is dictated by our courier zone classification. Outside these areas, a shipping charge will be made as dictated by weight and courier zone classification.
    Delivery Schedule With the exception of November and December, please allow 1-3 days for packing in addition to 1-4 days for delivery of any order placed, depending on your chosen delivery method and your location; in other words total time from order to receipt is between 3 and 7 working days (Monday - Friday excluding bank holidays/public holidays) . Please note that ParcelForce24 and ParcelForce48 are descriptive names for the delivery service only. It is still necessary to allow packing time in addition to this as mentioned. Our stock includes many items delivered weekly to maintain freshness as well as product made to order. That said, it is our aim for you to receive your order within a week and many orders arrive sooner. If your order is to be delayed beyond this we will contact you. If you have an urgent deadline please ensure that you contact us prior to ordering. Custom orders such as party kits will normally take 7-10 days for delivery from receipt of order but this is negotiable to suit your requirements. Please call us if in any doubt about delivery of your order. Our aim is to please and we will always accomodate requests for urgent delivery where possible.
