    Celebration Gifts For All Ltd Dispatch Policies

    Delivery timescales of none personalised Orders - All none personalised orders will be sent second class unless expedian has been chosen - these are sent first class.    We aim to send all orders placed before 1pm same day.  This may not be possible on ocassions, but items will always be sent in line with Amazon timescale provided when you bought your item.  If there will be any further delay you will be notified by email immediately. We do sell our items through a number of routes, and therefore we may sometimes have items that go out of stock.  When this happens we will notify you of timescales and offer a refund where appropriate.

     

    Delivery and conditions of Personalised Orders - The timescale for delivery of personalised products will vary, but please allow 5 working days for production after the personalisation details have been provided.  We accept no responsibility for errors due to you providing the details wrong.  If you realise that they are wrong after ordering, please contact us as soon as possible and if the item hasn't been produced we will make the changes for you.

    Delay in Receiving Orders - Ocassionally Royal Mail take longer to deliver parcels.  Their timescales are 15 working days; therefore during this period it is not possible t send out a replacement or offer a refund- we need to give Royal Mail the chance to deliver the items.  In these circumstances please contact your local Delivery Office to see if the parcel is waiting there for you- Postmen sometimes don't push the card through to say they have taken the parcel back to the Delivery Office.
