What if I have a problem with installing my cartridge?
Please ensure you have refered to your printer manual before contacting us. You can call us on 0845 459 4969 for support but please note we may have to refer you back to the manufacturer if you need hardware support.
What if I have a faulty item?
You must inform us within 30 days if you have a fault with an item. We may be able to help you over the phone. It is often the case that you may just need to run a printhead clean or that a removable sticker has not been removed correctly before inserting. Either way we can answer queries quickly if you call 0845 459 4969.
What if I have purchased the wrong ink?
Please do not open the purchased ink. It is always wise to remove the old cartridges first from the printer to check your ink cartridges match with the ones you have bought as we cannot accept opened cartridges as we are unable to sell them.
Why are some items sent unboxed?
Most items we sell on Amazon are boxed and in original retail packagaing however many items sold on Amazon, eBay and other websites are sent fully foil sealed although unboxed. This is common practice in this industry due to high costs associated with selling on auction websites. The reason for this can be one of many reasons listed below but is all to do with reducing postage costs to enhance margin. Some believe removing the outer box means the item could be fake or out of date. We can assure you we do not sell out of date or fake goods. All of our items sent are always in date, and can be fully traced back to official authorised UK distributors. As an ex HP Product manager from the Imaging and Printing Group, if there is anyone you should trust, it is Ink Jungle. Please note we also recycle all empty cardboard boxes so customers don't have to.
Reasons for unboxing ink cartridges
1. Reduce postage fees by either weight and/or size of package
2. Split the product from a multi pack to reduce our purchase costs
3. Ensure the outer box is recycled and not thrown away and into landfill
4. To ensure item fits through letterbox so customers needn't go to Royal Mail collection centres if out
5. To ensure item fits in certain size envelopes to reduce postage and packaging costs
When will I receive my item?
As we are a UK mainland seller you will receive you ink faster than if you were to buy from a seller from the Channel Isles. We send via standard delivery most of which are tracked which can take approx 3-5 working days however you are able to upgrade your postage to 1st class which can take 1-2 working days. We do ask that as standard delivery and 1st class post is not a guaranteed service that you should allow up to 15 working days before contacting us if your item hasn't arrived. However you should also check with your local Royal Mail collection office in the first instance as collection cards are not always left by the postman. If you need your item next day we can post via Next Day Special Delivery for an additional fee. Please contact us on 0845 459 4969 if this is required.
Is Ink Jungle VAT registered?
Yes. Our VAT registration number is GB 972 816 978. VAT receipts are sent with all orders as standard practice. There is no need to email us requesting one.

Ink Jungle provides FREE delivery on all items within the UK. Most packets are now sent via our tracked service to minimise lost in post claims. You can upgrade your postage to "Expedited" for a small fee but to enable us to process your order quickly we must receive your order, and more importantly, payment must be made to Amazon before 3pm Monday to Friday. Expedited orders received after this time may be processed the next day. We do not process deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.
If you would like us to deliver within Europe (other than UK&EIRE) or Worldwide we will send items for an additional cost to cover the cost of "International Signed For" service. This payment is subject to both 20% VAT and 15% Amazon fee charges which is taken into consideration. For high value items we always use a courier or send the item recorded to ensure their safe arrival. Please note we cannot send any item above 500g via a tracked service due to the recent bomb disguised as a toner cartridge. Any order or multiple order above this weight will be subject to further postage charges or cancellation.
In Stock Items
Ink Jungle aims to arrange shipment of all "in stock" items the same day of receiving your order. On average your order will normally arrive between 3 to 5 working days after dispatch confirmation or within 1 to 2 working days if you have upgraded to Expedited (subject to Royal Mail postal service). Orders placed after 4pm on Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Available To Order Items
We arrange "available to order" items to be delivered direct from our distributors. You can normally expect next day delivery if the order is placed before 4pm between Monday and Thursday (subject to availability). We will inform you if the product is out of stock. If you purchase your order on Friday you can normally expect it to arrive the following week (subject to availability).
If you do not receive your item(s) by the expected time outlined above, and have received a confirmation email that we have shipped your item please contact your local Royal Mail collection office as it may be there waiting for you.
Please note that Royal Mail stipulates we must wait 15 working days before you can assume your item is lost as many items do get delayed for one reason or another. If after this period you still have not received your item please inform us through the Amazon email system. Thank you.

Your goods should arrive within 1-3 working days after receiving the shipment confirmation email. If you require next day delivery please ensure you order before 6pm. For Special Delivery Next Day please ensure you place your order before 4pm.
If for some reason you have not received the goods within 3 working days of your shipment confirmation email please contact us so we can look into your order.
