Has my order been dispatched?

We will send you messages/emails at several stages through the whole buying process so you know exactly where your order is. We will notify you once the payment has been confirmed and then also when the item is in the packing department and ready to leave us.

When will I receive my order?

Most of our orders arrive within 3-6 working days, even sooner if you have opted for Expedited delivery. Please note that if you select standard shipping the order will be sent by Royal Mail, please allow up to 14 working days for UK Royal Mail deliveries. If you opt for the Expedited delivery option please be sure to enter the correct email address - our courier DPD will send a text to let you know when the parcel will be delivered.

I have received the wrong product, what can I do?

We hope that you never experience this, however although we check every order sent mistakes can still happen.

In this case please consider whether you would like to keep the incorrect item, if you would like to keep the incorrect item and also receive the correct item please contact us and we will be able to address the issue for you, (this saves you having to return the item and in most cases we will let you keep the incorrect product at a reduced rate.)

If the item received is of no use and you would like to return for the correct item then please send the incorrect item back to us by 2nd Class post, on receipt we will send the correct item to you and refund the 2nd Class postage costs.

How do I return my order?

Our returns period is 30days, providing we receive the item un-opened and in a re-sellable condition we will give you a full refund.

When returning the item please post to the from address at the top of the invoice, please also include a copy of the invoice or a note which quotes your order no. so we know who the item is from.

How will you send my order?

All order are sent via Royal Mail post or DPD courier. The service used will depend whether you have chosen a standard or Expedited service. As a company we try to be as environmentally friendly as possible, We try to use recycled materials where we can, so if your order turns up in a odd box don’t be alarmed this is just us re-using boxes we have acquired. Most orders will be packaged in a small box or parcel bag, we will pad the item with recycled shredded paper / Bubble wrap etc to keep the item in perfect condition for you.

When will you send my order?

Orders are continually processed through the day, generally orders are sent the same day if not the next working day.

I havent received my order yet, what can I do?

On the odd occasion we do experience delays with the Royal Mail and orders can arrive later than expected. For this we sincerely apologise, we understand how frustrating it is.

Before you contact us to report a delay with your order please check that the payment has been confirmed and check your messages/emails to ensure we haven’t contacted you prior

Royal Mail:

Standard UK Deliveries – 3-6 working days.

European Airmail – 5-8 working days.

International – 7-10 working days.

If you order has not arrived within the estimated timescales above, before contacting us, please contact your Local Post Office/Collection Depot as calling cards are not always left. Please visit or call 08457 740740.

If the Royal Mail are unable to advise you of your parcels location we need to allow a defined period before we can consider the parcel lost.

All Deliveries – A further 8 working days past the last estimated arrival date.

Finally, if the item has still not arrived by this date please contact us. We will take the matter further with Royal Mail and replace your order.

Expedited Deliveries

Expedited deliveries are sent via DPD. If you have any problems please contact us and we can track the parcel location for you. When selecting this service please make sure you supply the correct mobile number - our courier will text you to let you know when delivery will be made.

Please note that although the delivery service is next day, we cannot guarantee that we can send the item the same day.

Can I send to a BFPO address?

Yes we are happy to send our products to BFPO addresses, however please be aware that there are strict security measures. These can be found on the Royal Mail website.
If you are unable to enter the full address into our checkout please contact us and we can amend this manually for you.

Will I be charged customs or import tax?

All our prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate. Countries outside of the UK may have additional charges which will need to be applied upon entry to the country, these are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and are unaware of the value, please check with your local customs office for more information. We are not able to mark orders as a lower value to avoid customs task, this is illegal.

How do I return my order?

What do you do when you receive my return?

Once we receive your returned item we will first of all evaluate why the item has been returned, if we have made an error and sent the wrong product we will send a replacement immediately. If you have returned the item as its not wanted we will evaluate whether the item is unused and fit for resale (this can take upto 1-2 working days). We will then contact you by email to inform you of our decision, if you have requested a refund this will be processed automatically and you will receive email confirmation.

Can I change or cancel my order?

At Jadlam Racing Models we try to dispatch our orders the same day or at the latest the next working day, therefore if you decide you want to change or cancel the order you generally only have a couple hours to do so. Please contact us via telephone to request changes as emails may not be received immediately.

    Shipping Options - UK

    All orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days - in most cases orders are dispatched the same working day or the next working day (depending on what time you placed the order).

    Standard Shipping - £2.45 - All orders using this service will be sent by Royal Mail, delivery is expected to take 2-6working days. This service is not tracked and there is no time guarantee on the delivery.

    Expedited shipping - £7.99 - All orders using this service will be sent by  24hr Courier. This is tracked courier service - we will send emails giving you information on when the item will be delivered.

    Outside of the UK - Rates vary please see table - All orders will be sent by either Royal Mail Airmail or DPD Courier (Depending on the Size, Weight & Value). Delivery times vary: Europe is generally 3-7 working days, Australia / USA / ROW is 7-10 working days. Please note that timescales above are an estimate only.

    Exceptionally Large or Heavy order combinations could result in a different delivery service being required. This could affect both the timescale and cost of the delivery service, however we will communicate with you in this situation.
