SHIPPING, DELIVERY and RETURNS CONDITIONS :
All orders received by 2pm will be dispatched on the same day, orders received after 2pm will be dispatched on the next available day. (Monday to Friday). For orders placed on friday, goods will be send on the following Monday (excluding public holidays).You will not receive your goods on Saturday! Please do not place an order if you expect to receive your item on a Saturday.The carriers policy is to attempt delivery twice, if on the first occasion they are unable to deliver they will leave a card with the consignment number and branch telephone number. They will then attempt a delivery on the following day, if this fails you will have to collect the parcel from the depot.Contact your local depot as soon as you receive a cardIf you do not call the depot the parcel will be returned to us after 3 days, the cost of which will be passed on to the customer. To re-send the parcel a further delivery charge will be made.Goods must be checked at time of delivery and any loss or breakage must be reported to the courier at the time of delivery.Damaged goods not noted at the time of delivery will be exempt from compensation.If goods are damaged or broken and reported at the time of delivery we will either give a full refund for the broken goods or arrange for another one to be sent out to you. (Terms and Conditions may apply)If you want to return sealed and unopened products, we will happily refund your money or exchange the products provided if you inform us within 7 days after the day following the delivery of the goods.Any returned products must be returned to us in good condition, with all packaging intact.
