Do you deliver to Businesses?

Yes, we can deliver direct to a business address. However, our products are for personal use only and we are not responsible for any losses a business may encounter having used them.

Large Items

Delivery is usually between 10-14 *working days, once the item is ready for despatch we will notify you via email and by telephone for you to choose your delivery date. Delivery usually takes place between 8am – 6pm. If you live in a remote part of the UK we will call you to make special delivery arrangements. We will contact you the day before the delivery by email or phone to remind you we're coming.

Please check the dimensions of the delivery address for access (including doors, corridors, stairs and corners), as well as the proposed location, before you order large pieces of furniture and to enable us to deliver your order successfully.

 What happens if I am not in to accept delivery?

For smaller item deliveries these will be delivered via Royal Mail or Hermes delivery service, in this instance a card will be left for you to arrange another convenient time.

If you have arranged delivery with us using our courier service for larger items you will need to be home to accept delivery otherwise a charge of £20 will be required for an attempted delivery and another time slot will be given to you. Please call 01803 322728 to arrange this as soon as possible.

What happens if my delivery is late?

We try our very best to inform our customers of any potential delay as soon as possible. Unfortunately, delays can happen which are often beyond our control. If this means your order cannot be delivered on the confirmed delivery date, we will contact you as soon as we know of any delay.

Who can sign for my delivery?

Anyone over the age of 18 within the household may sign for the delivery.

What happens if my product is damaged or faulty?

Should you notice any damage to the packaging, you are to add this to the delivery note the driver gives you to sign, please do not sign “not checked” as this will void any claims we have with the courier. Under no circumstances allow the drivers to sign your delivery note as this again will not be a valid claim should you notice any damage.

If there is an obvious fault with the item at any time within the first 6 months and it has not been caused by wear and tear or misuse, we will firstly see if the item can be repaired, collection of the item will be made at no extra cost to you the customer. Should the item not be fit for repair then a replacement product will be sent out.

Missing/Incomplete delivery

If you've more than one item on your order, please bear in mind that products may be sent out from multiple locations and so arrive separately. However, if this is not the case and you haven't received the entire order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you, please email or call us as before.

Any item that has been specifically made to order.
