    Ballicom International Dispatch Policies

    Shipping is by Royal Mail Tracked Service or by overnight Courier service. 

    When goods are sent via Courier, a signature will be required to accept the delivery.

    Our Couriers endeavours to deliver your package the next working day between 7am and 5.30pm (excluding Saturday or Sunday or Bank Holidays), A signature will be required for receipt of the goods

    Can I reschedule the delivery of my parcel(s)?

    If we attempt delivery on a day that you are not available we will automatically try again the next working day (excluding Saturdays or Sunday or Bank Holidays). If you wish to receive your delivery on a different day please call Courier on the telephone number on the bottom of the card left by the driver or Track Your Parcel

    Can I arrange to have my parcel(s) redelivered?

    We always attempt to deliver your parcel(s) twice. If we are unsuccessful on the first attempt then we will automatically try again on the next working day (excluding Saturdays or Sunday or Bank Holidays). If you wish to receive your delivery on a different day please call the number on the bottom of the card left by our driver or Track Your Parcel

    If we have attempted to deliver your parcel(s) on two separate occasions then it will be necessary for you to collect your parcel(s) from the Depot.

    Can I arrange to collect my parcel(s) from Courier's Depot?

    Yes you can arrange to collect your parcel(s) from your local Depot. Details will be on the card left.  You will need to take some form of ID with you.


    Goods signed as ' Received in good condition' at the time of delivery automatically will not be approved for any external damages.

    Any internal damaged goods must be reported in writing within 5 days from the date of when you received the goods.


    Please note:- We do not provide expedite or express shipping service outside of mainland UK. (N.Ireland, Channel Islands or Scottish Highlands/Islands). We reserve the right to cancel the order if the product is over 5kg or over sized which is being despatched outside of mainland UK.

    Returns and Refunds

    Returns Procedure

    Where there is a manufacturers warranty set out in the product documentation then the warranty will remain with the manufacturer and therefore the purchaser will deal directly with the manufacturer or one of their authorised service centres. Ballicom Limited accepts no responsibility for any losses incurred when dealing with the manufacturer in accordance with their warranty terms.

    Should the product carry a return to base warranty then the product may be returned back to Ballicom Limited in accordance with our RMA Procedures set out here:


    1. After receiving the products from us, please keep the package and enclosed documents properly. It is because they are all necessary to provide if you return defective product(s) in the future.

    2. Email us at via your Amazon Account requesting a Returns Authorisation and provide us with a good description of the fault


    3. Await our Returns Department to approve the RMA and then please ship back to us. Do not send back to us unless we have advised you to do so by email


    4. Repack the original package with everything received, including a copy of the RMA email we send you. Missing of any original components may incur a refusal of repair or exchange or refund from us.

    5 .Please write the RMA number clearly on the outside of package and send it back to us. We will not be responsible for any consequence caused if customers do not mark the RMA as requested. Please note that you should be responsible for the loss of shipment. You can insure the package to reduce potential loss that you may suffer. DO NOT SEND BY NORMAL ROYAL MAIL

    6. We will promptly deal with the return and inform you of the progress by email

    Cancellation of Order

    1. If you have purchased as a Private consumer, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of video, DVD, audio, video games and software products where the item has been unsealed. Please note that we are unable to accept cancellation of, or returns for, digital items once downloading has commenced.

    2. Cancellation must be informed to us in writing by letter, fax or email.  We will not accept cancellation by telephone.

    3. Under the Distance Selling Regulations consumers are under a statutory duty throughout the period of cancellation to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them.  Please take care not to damage the packaging when opening/removing goods for inspection. Returned goods should be accompanied by all of their original packaging etc

    4. Items such as Personal Computers and Laptops can be returned for a  refund under the Distance Selling Regulations providing that pre-installed software has not been registered etc as to do so would exceed what a consumer would be able to do in a shop.


    5. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us and you must take reasonable care to ensure that we receive the goods back and that the goods are not damaged in transit.  Please retain proof of postage.  We request that Goods be returned to us within 7 days of cancellation.

    6. We shall issue a refund within 30 days of the cancellation directly to the method of original payment

    7. Please note that the Distance Selling Regulations apply only to purchases made by consumers.  Purchases made by businesses or by individuals acting on behalf of a business, trade or profession are not covered by these Regulations

    All our prices include VAT @ 20% and a VAT Invoice is always sent to each customer upon despatch of the order

    Channel Islands:

    Products that are delivered to Guernsey and Jersey are VAT-exempt, as they are not part of the EU. To qualify for VAT-refund, the delivery address, not the billing address must have a JE or GY postcode.

    We make a small administration charge to refund such VAT payments of £15 for each refund applied.  This is deducted from the refund amount which will be sent by cheque
