When the order generate , if you  want to cancel the order ,contact us ASAP, we  are willing to authorize the request if  the item  is not being  send  . Generally speaking ,we submit the shipping order at 9:00 am to the warehouse ,so the order  generate before 9:00 am will be sent .The order after 9:00 am will  be  send  at  the next  day  . Therefore ,the order after shipping couldn’t be cancelled. If  you don’t need the item any  more ,but the item have been send ,how can you  do ?First ,please  contact  to  us first and we will follow the  case . Then, please reject to sign the item  when the postman delivery the item  ,and the item will be  send back to the warehouse .
