A: All items shown should be in stock & will be dispatched to you asap, however if there is a problem, we will let you know immediately. If it is essential you have delivery on a guaranteed day, please contact us and we will endeavor to make it happen!
Q: How long do I have to return an item if it's not suitable?
A: You have 30 days to return an item to us so there's no rush and you can see our full returns information on the Returns & Refunds page.
Q: I am looking for a product but can't find it in your shop, can you find it for me?
A: Please contact us & we will see if we have the item in our inventory for you or if we can obtain it for you.
Q: Has my order been dispatched yet?
A: You should receive an email from Amazon to let you know your order is on its way when we dispatch it, if you don't please contact us & we'll check your order status for you.

A: Our discount codes and offers are usually communicated first through our newsletter. To be sure you get the news first you can register with us at our website, our newsletter link is towards the bottom of the home page, we won't bombard you or pass your details on to anyone & you can unsubscribe at any time.
Q: My order hasn't arrived yet, what should I do?
A: If you chose our Free post option, please allow up to 15 working days for delivery although in most cases your order will arrive much sooner than this.
If you chose an upgraded shipping method, you can use the tracking number supplied to you in the dispatch notification to track your parcel using the relevant website for the courier or Royal Mail as appropriate.
It is also recommended you contact your local Royal Mail sorting office or local courier depot if this is the delivery method used to see if your parcel has been returned there for collection as can sometimes be the case when no-one is available to take delivery.
If you haven't received a dispatch notification, please contact us to make sure we have received & have sent your order & to find out the delivery method information.
IMPORTANT: Please ensure you double check your delivery address as upgraded postage costs and overseas delivery charges cannot be refunded should your order be returned to us as undelivered where the postal service states the address is incorrect or inaccessible or if you do not claim your parcel within the specified time frame for the carrier. In this case, you are welcome to place a new order and your original order will be refunded for the cost of the items only. If you wish to continue with your original order and pay the new delivery charge please contact us for information to see if this is possible.

Q: Can I obtain a VAT refund for items ordered from & delivered to BFPO addresses outside of the EU?A: Yes, we can refund VAT on items sold and sent to BFPO addresses, as long as the address is located outside of the EU. Please email us after placing your order so we can arrange this for you.
Q: Can I return underwear including Bawbags if the size is wrong?
A: Please note we cannot accept returns on underwear if the packaging has been opened or the items tried on unless faulty.

About Liquid Lines Surf Shop
Liquid Lines Surf Shop was established in 2003 as we were fed up having to travel for an hour to pick up some wax or a leash. Since our beginnings, we have gone from strength to strength and have some great brands on board offering top surf gear at competitive prices.

We offer free UK postage on ALL orders (this includes BFPO Addresses) or an expedited service for just £6.95 per order. For most items ordered by 2pm sent via our expedited service, delivery will be within 2 working days.

All orders placed before 3pm are normally dispatched on the same business day & will be delivered to you via Royal Mail, Parcelforce or courier depending on the size & weight of the item.
Delivery via our upgraded service (£6.95 per order) is normally made within 1 - 2 working days after the day you place your order, through Royal Mail Special Delivery, Signed For or 1st Class (If you would prefer a signature is not asked for, please contact us) & our free service normally within 3 – 5 working days for mainland UK, in some cases sooner than this. We also use courier or other non-signed for expedited services where appropriate depending on the weight & size of your item.
If you have a safe delivery place, please contact us immediately after placing your order & we will add the information to the outside of your parcel. Please note items can only be left at your own risk.

For Next Day Delivery on DVD's & other media, please note your order needs to be received by us before 2pm for next working day delivery. Deliveries do not take place at weekends and on bank holidays.
If you need your item to be delivered to you for a guaranteed date our free service may not be sufficient as although delivery is normally no longer than 5 working days, we need to allow up to 15 working days before we can consider your item lost. Please contact us and we will try our best to meet your deadlines with the right delivery option for you.
If your order is for delivery to Northern Ireland or the Highlands and Islands please allow extra time for delivery.Orders placed on a Friday afternoon may not be dispatched until the following Monday.
For overseas items please note whilst most parcels are delivered within the expected timescale of 7 working days, due to customs and other possible delays outside of our control we need to allow 25 days before we can consider an item lost. Your items will be sent via International Tracked and Signed or International Signed as appropriate for your destination.
