Q: What are your terms of sale?

A: We fully comply with the Distance Selling Regulations and Amazon policy, we offer a 7 day no quibble refund if you are unhappy with your item provided it is returned in the condition it was received. Items can sometimes be damaged in transit, if this is the case please refuse delivery and a full refund/replacement will be offered. We can only refund or replace the item, if we are informed about the fault within 14 days. If we are not informed within 14 days, then you will not be able to return the item.

Q: My purchase is more than 14 days old, Can I return it?

A: In addition to your statutory rights, if you wish to return goods outside of the 7 days cancellation period, we operate a 14 days faulty returns period. After 14 days your warranty goes to manufacturer and you can claim your warranty direct with the manufacturer.

Q: What happens, if any item is returned by stating false reason of return?

A: We don't send such items back and destroy those goods. We only refund/replace the item, if we are informed about genuine faults of the item. Otherwise if item does not have stated fault or it is damaged at the customer's end we reserve the rights to deny the product and we will not take any responsibility of such returned goods. The above conditions are in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced, but will be returned at the customer's expense.

Q: I have purchased a toy; can I return this if it goes faulty after 14 days?

A: Unfortunately, we don't offer replacement/refund on toys, unless it is delivered faulty from our side. In such case the customer needs to contact us within 14 days of purchase and the item must be returned to us within 30 days of purchase. However most of the toys come with manufacturer warranty and the customers can still contact manufacturer if they offer replacement/repair of the product, but we don't take responsibility of toys warranty. Different manufacturers have different warranty criteria. Please visit the manufacturer website for warranty information.

Q: I have purchased a printer; can I return it within 14 days?

A: The printer can only be returned to us in as sold condition, where it has not been setup and the cartridges are not opened at all. If the cartridges are opened then you are not able to return it.

Q: I have purchased a Camera or Games Consoles; can I return it within 14 days?

A: To protect your personal security, we are also unable to accept returns on some non-faulty imaging and recording products such as MP3 players, Tablets, Laptops and Digital Cameras. Please note all video games consoles are excluded from 14 day money back guarantee. Please ensure you read the specification on the box before installation. We also cannot accept back video gaming software under our 14 day money back guarantee if the plastic wrapping has been unsealed – this does not affect your statutory rights.

Q: I have purchased a product from Health and Beauty Department?

A: We're sorry but some items like earrings, foot spas and dental products can't be exchanged or refunded for hygiene and safety reasons, we are not able to accept any product back from health and beauty section. Due to health and safety regulations.

Q: I have purchased a Bush product, Can I return it?

A: Unfortunately we are not able to offer any manufacturer warranty on Bush Products and you can only return a bush product if we are advised within 14 days of purchase and the product is returned within 30 days of purchase Under any circumstances, the product cannot be returned after 30 days of purchase.

Q: I have purchased a Phone; can I return it within 14 days?

A: Blackberry does not offer manufacturer warranty for the mobile phones in the UK. So you are unable to return it. In case of any fault, you will have to repair it at your own cost. Samsung and Nokia have their own repair centres in UK.  Some products for example Blackberry they don’t have repair centre in UK in that case we only cover 14 days from the date of purchase there is no warranty cover in double sim cards phones because they came from Asia.

Q: Do all items are sold with manufacturer warranty?

A: You need to check the manufacturer's website whether they provide manufacturer warranty, as we only offer manufacturer warranty after 30 days of purchase. Some of the manufacturers in the UK don't offer manufacturer warranty in the UK. So it is the customer's responsibility to find out whether the product you are purchasing has manufacturer warranty or not? If the manufacturers don’t offer manufacturer warranty, then we will not take any responsibility of the product.

Q: I have purchased a product and want to return non faulty item for a refund within 14 days, how much I will be refunded?

A: We refund after deducting P&P, administration charges and restocking fee. So basically, the amount we can achieve from the sale of this product will be refunded. Please only buy from us, if you are sure certain about the product features. If you wish to return goods which are not faulty, we will accept the return providing the goods are in a good clean condition in the original packaging and having not been used within the first 7 days of purchase. These goods can be exchanged for other products; Items returned for a refund, when the goods are not faulty will be charged a handling fee of 10%.

     SKYWISH dispatches all items within two days of receiving order You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order.

    All items, are shipped via UPS,Hermes and Royal Mail signed for services and tracking number will be provided. In case if any item is delayed or lost,seller's help will be available through amazon message service.

    All international items are shipped via UPS and Royal Mail international signed for delivery method.

    No item will be classified as lost until 15 working days are passed from the date of dispatch. No new item will be sent within 15 working days of the date of dispatch.

    Failed delivery attempts are usualy carded by postpersons, and can be tracked on respective website. You must contact the local delivery depot in case of any delay.

    After 15 days a new item will be dispatched or will be refunded if we are out of stock.

    All items are dispatched within 3 working days from receipt of cleared payment - with most items shipping the next working day.

    All expedited paid items are dispatched within 1-2 working days depending on the availablity.

    Failed deliveries returned to us will incur a re-delivery charge at the full cost of the original shipping. It is buyer's responsibility to contact us and trace the item if an item is returned to us.
