When will my item be dispatched?

We aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of receiving cleared payment†from Monday to Friday. You will receive an email confirmation once your item†has been dispatched.

How long will it take for my item to arrive?

Delivery will vary depending on the Carrier we use to dispatch your order. Orders will either be dispatched via 1st Class Royal Mail, or UK Mail. Delivery is usually within 2-5 working days (99% of the†times), however on very rare cases please allow up to 15 working days for UK†orders to arrive via Royal Mail. If your order is dispatched with UK Mail then this is a 24-48 hour service.

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

Items sent with UK Mail will have a tracking number. This will be provided with the confirmation email once the item has shipped. Items sent with Royal Mail unfortunately will not have a tracking number. Please note however that we cannot send items out with UK Mail, if it is a Royal Mail order.

What do I do if my item is received damaged?

Any damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item. Full†reimbursement will be made if the item is damaged during transit. Please contact†us directly to arrange a refund or replacement. Evidence of damage will be†required in order for us to proceed with your claim; however you may not need to†return the item.

What do I do if my item is received faulty?

Any faults must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the item. Please contact†us directly to arrange a refund or replacement. Full†reimbursement will be made once we have received the item back.†Return postage costs will be refunded if the return is arranged by you. If the item is too big then we can arrange collection of the item.

What if I have received the wrong order?

Please contact us within 48 hours if you have received the wrong item. Full†reimbursement will be made if the item is incorrectly sent. We will either arrange for a replacement item to be sent, or a refund to be issued.

What happens if I purchase an item which is out of stock?

We work extremely hard to ensure that this does not happen, however on very rare†occasions errors do occur. If this does happen then we will inform you ASAP†and issue you a full refund, or offer you an alternative item.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If you would like to cancel your order, then please contact us within 1 hour of purchasing the item.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship to several parts of the world - however there are places that we do not ship to. If you would like an item shipping internationally, then please contact us directly via Amazon.

How do I return an item?

Please contact us directly via Amazon if you wish to return an item. You will need to provide your order number and a reason for returning. If the item is unwanted, the postage costs will not be covered by The Light Factory.

Do all of your prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices are inclusive of VAT. If you require a VAT receipt, then please contact us via email within Amazon. This will be sent separately from your order.

Can you send my item to another address?

We can only dispatch items to the address you select as your shipping address†upon checkout. If you would like your item sent to an alternative address you†will need to add the additional address to your†account during the checkout†process.

Unfortunately, once the order has been placed we cannot manually change the address.

What if I haven't Received my Item?

If you have not received your item, then we must be notified within 14 days of purchase. We can then either resend the item, or issue a full refund back in to your account.

    We always aim to ship orders the next business day following receipt of an order. We ship orders with UK Mail, Royal Mail First Class and Royal Mail Tracked. We cannot accommodate orders to a different postal service as these are already pre-set.
