Q - How long do deliveries take?
A - We are pleased to announce that all orders are now sent via the DPD courier service. As such deliveries will not be affected by any Royal Mail strike action. Most deliveries are made in 24 - 48 hours from date of despatch.

Q - What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive?
A - In the event that you have not received your order after 4 working days you should contact our customer services team on 0845 458 4582 who will track the order for you.

Q - What about if my order arrives damaged or is incorrect?
A - If the item is faulty upon receipt or you have been sent an incorrect item, please contact our customer services department on 0845 458 4582 who will arrange to collect and replace the item at the earliest convenience.

Q - And what if I have changed my mind?

    Returns and Refunds

    All our deliveries are fully insured however if there is visible damage to your package, you must sign and an note the couriers paperwork with a brief explanation of the damage discovered and inform immediately.

    Returning Goods Faulty within 28 days

    Faulty items are rare as we endeavour to check all items prior to despatch. However if an item we sell you is faulty, you are legally entitled to a full refund providing you report it to us within 28 days of receipt. Return the item to us intact with all packaging, manuals, accessories and free gifts offered with the product by using our online returns system (RMA).

      Please note that any attempt by you or any third party to alter or repair your faulty product may invalidate your warranty and any costs arising from such work will not be refunded.

    Please bear in mind that we can only give the final decision regarding the refund/ replacement/ repair of an instrument once the item has been returned to us for inspection. Whilst we will endeavour to effect any refund/ replacement/ repair as quickly as possible, please allow time for this to be carried out, particularly with any warranty issues which may entail discussion with the manufacturers.

    You may be required to contact the manufacturer directly in order to confirm there is a physical fault. This in no way affects your statutory rights and is to speed up the faulty items return  process.

    Returning Goods for Warranty Repair Outside 28 days

    A warranty repair is offered for most faulty goods purchased for which you have had for more than 28 days.

    When DJM Music Ltd accepts the return of an item for repair, we will confirm the fault and send the goods back to the relevant manufacturer or distributor. Due to the logistics involved, it may take up to 4 weeks for an item to be received by DJM Music, repaired and returned back to you. Our online returns system should be used to request and arrange a return.

    Please note that any attempt by you or any third party to alter or repair your faulty product may invalidate your warranty and any costs arising from such work will not be refunded.

    You may be required to contact the manufacturer directly in order to confirm there is a physical fault. This in no way affects your statutory rights and is to speed up the faulty items return process however please remember for warranty repair work we rely on the manufacturer and only act principally as a courier, however be assured we will do everything reasonably possible to speed up the process and keep you informed.

    Incorrect goods received

    If you have received an incorrect product then we will arrange for return and refund or replacement. Use our online returns system to request a returns number and replacement or refund.

    Missing items from the orders

    Large orders may be shipped in multiple boxes which are despatched together but which may get separated en route and subsequently delivered at different times. If items are physically missing from a box then please check the packaging for any signs of damage or tampering. Remember that small items can sometimes be hidden in the internal packaging. Once we have established that an item is missing and isn't in transit, we will either send the missing part or collect the incomplete pack and issue a refund or replacement. Anything delivered with a part missing is eligible for a full return at our expense within 28 days of purchase.
