I added this to my towel dried hair , before using my hairdrier, and then sprayed each section which I used my hair irons on, it seemed to make my hair feel softer and reduce static so I would buy it again as my hair is thick and unmanageable.

Arrived quickly...... smells great, but a bit expensive. L'Oreal Studio Silk & Gloss does the same thing and is a lot cheaper!!!

I don't know whether it can protect my hair from heat, but my hair does become smooth after spaying it. And it smells good.. just like the smell in the barber's....

light for fine hair
i have fine hair so find it difficult to source prducts that do not weigh my hair down...this is great to detangle and proect when i use my hot brush...

However I dont think I would buy it again, I find it a bit sticky and not gone on the smell although it does help to hold the style.
