The best Japanese actor is without doubt: Hiroyuki Sanada, his is a master of the facial expression just look at The Last Samurai where he acted Tom Cruse off the screen and not one word of English was spoken. He began as martial artist with the Japanese Action Club and moved on to theatre and television, he is a rare actor who is know in Japan as an actor who can really act. He is also very sexy in a Bruce Lee kind of way.

Antonio Banderas is another actor who is a class act going from sweet and funny in spy Kids to psycho killer in The Assassins. He can sing, play the guitar and looks good to boot!

Kiichi Naka is another Japanese actor who is excellent, just check out Love and Honor and Biruma no tategoto ( Burmese Harp)

I love to watch Donnie Yen, Jet Li, Andy Lau, Takeshi Kaneshiro, Nichoalas Tse, Sammo hung & Yuen Biao. My all time fave is of coarse Jackie Chan. Has been for 20 years.I do love seening the 3 brothers together as well (Jackie, Sammo & Yuen). Awsome, Acrobatic and sooo funny.
And I acually like Mr Lau & Mr Chan as singers too.
