I just dug my old gamecube out of the loft with a view to selling it (having a bit of a clearout).

Im not really sure how much they are worth and I dont wanna get ripped off, can anyone advise roughly what I should be looking for?

Purple Console with 2 controllers in decent condition.

Games are Resident Evil 4 and Zero, Mario Sunshine, Zelda Twilight Princess, Wario World, Wario Ware Inc, Rogue Squadron 2 and 3, Donald Duck Quack Attack, Micro Machines and a few others that I cant remember at the moment. Ball park figure?

Ness says:
Twilight Princess, Gamecube is worth £50 - £70 alone on ebay, sell that separate ! Id say £50 for the console and other games as a bundle.

TP definitely sells on ebay for £50 - £70, you can look at completed transactions, get it up on there.

Ness is right, someone even paid £40 for just the disc!

As above. You'll get a tidy sum for Zelda, Mario and Star Wars, but the console isnt worth much more than £25

How come TP sells at these prices for the Gamecube but for barely anything for the Wii? Surely it's the same game?

There are millions of copies of the Wii version in circulation, but only a few thousand of the Gamecube version outside of Japan. Supply and demand

Anyone want one....? :)

If I had the money available I'd offer you £150 for the job lot. I owned TP on the Wii but hated the control method, TP along with SS are the only Zelda games I've yet to complete. SS is still in my collection but TP isn't. I would also love to own another cube as I still have a few games for it but can't be bothered playing via my Wii

Strangely enough, I have a wii 3 GC controllers and a few GC games, yet I still keep looking on ebay for a GC to play them on, even though the experience is exactly the same, in fact maybe you get better image from a Wii due to it being on a component lead rather than start, I still want to play then on the GC

I think lots of gamers have a soft spot for the game cube - it was one of the last machines to not try and disguise itself as a "smart" device or a STB but loudly and happily proclaim the reason it was sat by the TV. On saying that it was small and neat too.

I want one myself now!

Gaming nostalgia. For some reason I always believe the past gaming days were better even though in my head I know games have never been better.

I want a PS1 just for the Sony introduction theme music.....shivers

"I just paid £10 for Resident Evil remake"

That is not a bad price for a copy of Dead Space...

Have you got the MGS remake yet!!!

If you've got an android phone go on the play store and download OMGButtons, it's on there. I've currently got it set as my email alert.

I've still got a Ltd Ed copy of Windwaker, the one with the extra disc containing OOT and Master Quest, anyone know what that's worth?

Just looked on ebay and it's going for around £25 I think, fully boxed with instructions and all discs. Do still love my Gamecube, liked being able to play GBA games as well with the converter, especially as I had a gen 1 GBA with no backlight.

Twin snakes is good but it upped the insane in a lot of the cutscenes which seems to be consistent with the direction of the series into general nuttiness.
