James W,

You can't call that a bargain,it's more like a pricing error.

He still managed to get Skyrim for less than a pound. Bargain regardless of whose fault it was.

I can match 98p but for metroid zero mission, I think mines probably the better deal, just because metroid zero mission worked day 1, skyrim required 4 months worth of patchs before it was playable.

RAB,

Yes the price was cheap, but a bargain indicates an item that was reduced from it's original price,it's like going to tesco's getting to the checkout and one of your items not being scanned, yes you got the item for free, but not because it was a bargain, but because of an error.

I got starwars force unleashed II guide from gamestation for 1p down from £9.99. I checked if it was priced right and they said they got sent 1 in their deliveries and that was the price they were told to sell it for. When he scanned it in he asked if I had an elite loyalty card as I would get a point (worth 1p) for the purchase! A bargain in anyones language!

Sacred 2 PS3 Collector's Edition - £8
Borderlands GOTY PS3 - £7

Both great bargains for me :)

The game staff member that sold me it was shocked and annoyed he didn't check the price on it himself! He said most of the staff had bought all reduced items themselves at the time. Lately best bargain I have got was posted by someone hot uk deals. Buy 2 halo anniversary 8.99 each amazon trade them in game get 12 months Xbox live 99p bought 2 so far for nephews birthday presents :)

"I got starwars force unleashed II guide from gamestation for 1p down from £9.99"

Rye, you where probably the only person who bought Force Unleashed 2 that didnt get ripped off, has to be one of the most disappointing sequels ever !

I bought Burnout 3 Takedown on a carboot for £5, a week after release !!!... someone either nicked it or had no idea what it was worth, it was a happy happy day for me as I was proper skint back then.

Is it really that bad? I thought the demo was pretty good, and I wasn't overly keen on the first game.

It's not awful mate, great graphics and plays nice, better graphics and the twin lightsabres are nice. BUT it's ridiculously short only has 3 different locations and non existant story !

Compared numerous various missions of the first and the brilliant story woven in to the star wars plot it's very very disappointing, it was more like DLC than a sequel.

Toy commander for the dreamcast. It had been out for a month and I really fancied getting it so on pay day I trotted down to my local blockbuster's and picked up a copy with a £35 sticker on it, took it to the counter and it scanned at £4.98! The girl who served me obviously knew nothing about video games and just said "looks like we put the wrong sticker on it" lol

@ john morris, it counts as a bargain so shut it!
