I had an idea which was brought on by the clever new feature on Xbox live that says what ur mates fancy playing and that they want you to join them. I was also looking at some of my old unfinished games that have coop, it was Kane and Lynch 2 but regardless of that I thought it may be a good idea to have a thread where you could post a request for a gaming buddy for a certain game?

Maybe you need some trophies for mp or you would like to coop a game that is pretty much dead on matchmaking? I thought it would work well on ps3 cause there are more community dead games . But put what ever game u fancy if ur struggling to find a partner from ur own mates.

What do u reckon ?

Halo anniversary again on 360 obviously

Great idea mate.
A lot of the time I find myself begging mates and family to get certain games to coop with. The only issue i have with coop-ing with non family & friends is trying to fix compatible times.
Be interesting to see if the thread takes off!

Nice Idea Gaz, I no longer have K&L 2 otherwise i'd be up for that!!

Only problem for me is I do shift work so i'm not always available for regular co-oping or any mp gaming. :(

But i'd gladly help out if I have the game and can get online. :)

Nic - think both Mestius and Hunter were looking for coop on Borderlands.
Was speaking with Mestius last night and he was talking me into getting 2 when it comes out. Maybe drop them a line?

Ok, thanks Zorton. I only started it tonight, and have to say its mix of RPG and FPS' is fantastic, it is also full of grinding;)

I always just saw it as another shooter but was told by mestius that its like an open world RPG shooter with collectibles, upgrades and the like.
Made it sound good. If they have not seen these posts with message them tonight to direct. Glad your enjoying it.

Like stew , I work shift as well which leads back to difficulty on fixing suitable times.

Good idea for this thread Gaz, especially with the increase in co-op gameplay I'm seeing these days.

As for your list above I'd happily play both the halo games you mentioned. Funny enough I've had anniversary since launch but was distracted by other games. I'm in the mood to have a complete run through of all the halo games and I was gonna start with reach. I've done pretty much all the achievements I'm gonna get from reach so it was just a story run through I was ginna have then onto anniversary, then halo 2,3 and ODST. I'll help you get what ever achievements you need or want from reach. Anniversary I only played the first level when I got it to see the new graphics.

I was gonna play through anniversary with Chris but we spoke about that ages ago and I haven't partied up with him in a while. Pity it's only 2 player. Reach is 4 player so us Chris or anyone else wants to go through it aswell....

I wouldn't mind another run through of Reach Gaz/Wayne.

I've maxed it but really enjoyed it so could do it again.

If you've still got it theirs a few achievements I could do with picking up if you fancy a few games. Sure we could rope one or two others in from the 360 thread to help too. I need the 30g achievement for getting across the bridge at the end of the last level in 2 mins.

er.... some co op some mp. some for a short stint doing the odd achievement and others for boosting because no one else will be online, i don't care i'd just like to max some more of my old games out if poss.

Just a quick one - will be looking for a coop partner for "Resistance 3" shortly if anyone is interested.
Have nearly all the SP trophies and will need to get the coop based ones at some stage.
