Just bought Ghost Recon FS for £40 in my local morrisons, got home had a quick go in offline play then i thought i try some multiplayer. I was prompted to enter my ubisoft Passport code and when i do enter it it doesn't match at all for example.
My passport code looks like this
4444-4444-4444
but when i click redeem code in game the code has 5 letters and numbers before the - so it looks like this when i try to enter it
44444-44444-44
and it says invalid. wtf do i do? either the box thats popping up to redeem the code isn't configured right or my passport code is too short on my card please help.

AstroMonkey says:
Do you have an uplay account already set up? If so input the code through that, if not set one up and try. It might be diffrent to the input code in store on whatever format you are using.

looking on the internet apparently i have been given a PS3 code as its 12 digits long and the xbox code should be 24 digits. i dont understand because the game was sealed.

I had a problem with the u passport through GRFS
In the end i signed up through another ubi game - driver
Then reaccessed GRFS with passport details and all was good.

Someone was having a mad laugh at the label distribution factory. That crazy cat is probably still laughing about it to his chums not thinking of the effect it's had on you Jack. Damn him, damn him to hell!

Get a gun and head to the label factory would be my advice.

its a shame because i am enjoying the single player but i thought i would try a bit of multiplayer and i get slapped in the face with this crapola.

I don't think taking it back is a good idea really. You are going to be confronted by some spazzed up jobsworth old woman with absolutley no concept of what an online pass is who will talk down to you like your simple saying "No refund after the box has been opened" over and over again.

I dont have another ubi game with a code at hand. looks like im gonna have to go back and infiltrate morrisons like a ghost, if they wont give me another code i shall eliminate all threats but keep the civi's alive then proceed out the store to get my 100% ghost rating. then go home and continue my work online.

you know their number? i don't want to waste any money really when i should just go down my local town and play war in morrisons. i have sent Ubisoft a question through their disastrous thing they call a website and i have posted a thread on their forums asking for help.
