I'd rather they get to work on Mirror's Edge 2.

I'm not fussy for anymore WW2. I've been shooting the same guns in WW2 games almost for the same amount of years that real soldiers were shooting them at the time.

Would like to see them go forward in time again a-la Battlefield 2142.

I'd like more WW2. Enemy Front will hopefully do the trick later this year.

I never played any of the old BF1940's games but would love them to make a new one. i know we have played ww2 to death but there is still loads more that we haven't even seen before.

Agree with that but it's the same story that plays out in all of them. I mentioned when I first started posting here I'd like to do a campaign from the German side as it had never been done before (I still would). I was then called a racist. This place used to be hard work man.

It's the new game from City Interactive (Sniper: Ghost Warrior), designed by one of the leads from Black, who dropped out of Bodycount's development because he didn't like the direction it was taking. I think they're trying to jazz it up and make it dead exciting and fast paced. I don't know much else about it though. Sounds a bit naff really IMO.

Bally BF1943 is still worth a play now. I sometimes dip in and out of it. Pure simple FPS arcade action without any of the fuss of weapon unlocks etc. Still reasonably popular on 360.

I'd like to play as the Axis side and give the Yanks a good kicking.

"Enemy Front? i need to google this"

I only read a snippet a while back on this and there weren't much details. Stuart Black is involved but before you think "Bodycount" remember he walked away from that half way through (which is prob why it was guff).

i still play that arcade game but i was meaning the pc games.

i wouldn't mind playing it from the jerrys point of view but i just don't see it selling to the larger market. i can't help it cos i'm a ww2 geek and would play it no matter what. i just think a DICE made WW2 game would be awesome.

You never know Bally they still have to announce the theme of the final BF3 DLC. It might be WW2. (still hope it's horde mode against dinosaurs myself)

Taking it slightly OT I'm a bit worried about the BF3 DLC. Themed maps are ok but the close quaters theme is only for 20 players and I'm a bit worried with the vehicle assault DLC they are just going to create 4 Heavy Metal (BFBC2) maps which are massive but dull.

Does anyone remember before BF3 was released and DICE and EA were saying they weren't going to follow the COD business model as it wasn't in the customers' best interests? And since launch they've basically just followed the COD business model, to the point where they're now talking about a subscription model...

i got a loan of WaW from my mate cos i was choking for a shot of a ww2 mp game i think i may have a problem lol.

i've got to a point now where i'm getting fed up with the modern shooters arabs=nukes=russians blah blah. give me an M1 Garand to shoot and a Sherman Tank to drive any day.

WAW MP on 360 has been hacked to death to the point there is no point playing it. Nearly every game has someone that has infinite health and cannot be killed.

i was playing last night and never found any of that but i suppose.

Does it have to be an FPS? World of Tanks on the PC is free to play, and I hear it's actually pretty good. No idea what sort of rig you'd need to run it though.

I wonder what happens when two infinite health hackers come up against each other? Do they get the combat knifes out and go at it Highlander style? There can be only one....massive knob in this lobby.

PoW was a WW2 game I really liked on PS2. I think I might be the only one though.
