About time we got some sensible topics on here. Wish someone had thought of it before.

What we could really use now is a MW2 is for Kids (and cheaters, boosters, Cro Magnon Man, Druids, The Dalai Lama and Wombles) thread.

Would love a robocod release, was an amazing game... Might even stop me buying call of duty...

I doubt anything would stop most people here buying cod, not even the second coming of christ himself would stop the cod brigade.

Just look at the top ten game endings ever thread, says it all really.

James Pond: Codename Robocod (PS2)

The original Robocod was released in 1991, but the above link might shine some light on the topic in hand for those who are not sure.

Heh ok I get it.... Guys COD4 just hit a nerve in the mainstream. Its all good, real devs know whats what like From, Rockstar, Capcom etc. The fad will soon die off.. Keep the faith!

Mark me up or down, my opinion so skrew you! :) ... Oh and forgot to add Polyphony to my list of preferred devs who prefer not to squeeze every coin out of their fans wallets but strive to right wrongs and make better games... You know, like Infinity Wa... oh wait.

Dont quite see the issue with COD? single player's never appealed to me in the slightest but multiplayer is ace...up there with Goldeneye(N64 version, not the crappy new one) IMO

I still have it for the mega drive - though time's taken it's toll (and the 2p rolling round the inside prob doesn't help) and there's no sound =(

Tut, tut Lee, still moaning about COD. This thread was a joke thread started by someone who was bored at work on a Saturday. Bally was just having a laugh and the fact that you took this seriously is quite hilarious lol. Seems sarcasm is lost on a few people :)

Ah, retro gaming. The days when a heavily used console, would last longer than a year. Those were the days. (presses start button, watches Sega logo, smiles) :-)
