yes transformers all the way.... though i have to admit i have a soft spot for the bayverse as its what got me into transformers... it was after that i rediscovered my love for G1 (used to watch it when i was a kid but never really got into it the first time around.... second time and a few years later i was hooked =] )

Dan Carver says:
Transformers, yes. Pigeons, no. Unless it's an inbred urban pigeon with extra toes that turn into rockets. A new version of Megatron that turned into a yellow duck would be tops on my list, with the duck's arse mounted to his arm like the gun barrel in the old G1 version.

I bought myself a movie Bumblebee as I loved the original toys as a kid but I was shocked just how flimsy it was. Don't they make chunky, fun to transform toys anymore? :(

Try the Generations line. Stylewise halfway between old and new and they have the older characters slightly redone. Thundercracker is a good one to start with.

I like them but I think £34.99 is the very maximum any of them is worth.
