I'm working on a web site where LEGO minifigures can be traded with other people, in a safe environment and with a simplified interface. Just wanted to find out how interested people would be in this concept.

To insert a product link use the format: [[ASIN:ASIN product-title]] (What's this?)

Sounds like a good idea to me :)

I've managed to collect many of the Minifigs, since Series 3, but have noted that it's increasingly difficult to complete sets.

Retailers, will only give you random bags (which I will admit is the whole idea), which leaves me making the choice of a 'random' bag or paying premium on auction site. Neither are ideal, but then become essential if I've to have any real hope of completing a set.

Sounds like a very good idea. I would participate if possible. There is a need for "clarity" of condition and accessories included or not.

Okay, I've got a demo of the site I'm working on here: http://demo.swapfig.com
There's no design work on it so far, I am just testing the functionality and looking for suggestions on improvement.

Let me know what you think!

Some proper toy shops like Argosy Toys in Westcliff on Sea in Essex will sell visiting customers the exact figure they want for 2 each. They are also running a loyalty schem where every 6th figure is free.
