Mr B Tonks says:
Mr R always a ready answer,

I try to find time to read them as soon as they pop up as they always give me a chuckle,
however for some reason they mostly seem to be classified under unhelpful posts,
Good job I have my feet up at work at the mo, gives me time to read them before that happens,

Mr B Tonks says:
I'll leave it to you to then Damaskcat to keep everybody abreast of the banalities of Amazon protocol,

You seem to do a first class job of this patrolling the Forums 24/7 :)

Mr B Tonks says:
Mr R You seem to have forgotten what you wrote only a day or two ago,

'Whatever amazon's rule, I cant say it bothers me'

Really you should keep track of what you post before you lay down the law to others,
I do abide by Amazon's rules and yes my grammar and punctuation is not my strong point,
If that is the only argument you can offer then you're better keeping to the Facebook crowd :)

Mr B Tonks says:
Good answer Mr R,
however I follow my own rules not yours,
most people who have looked at this thread seem to have appreciated my remark regardless of an individuals interpretation

Ironing might be though?

Irony isn't one of your strong points then?

He could mean self effacing in the sense of "false modesty" perhaps?

Hi Peter

thanks for the info, just looked up Mr R on his facebook page and it is full of the same self effacing rubbish that he posts on here!

Wayne Redhart (or one of his supporters) started a Facebook group some years ago asking for votes on his Amazon reviews. I think the group still exists. Don't take him seriously.

The Truth says:
I haven't read all the posts (as I've come to the party late) but I have to at least agree in part with some if what DAV45. Some of the Vine has become rotten and should be cut off. I don't think anyone would disagree with that. It's been brought up before.
