I recently (last month) read a review of two crime novels, I think both new and possibly firsts, one set in Cambridge and one in Oxford. I think the Oxford one was highly praised- can anyone help me find the title?

The Oxford one might be Every Contact Leaves A Trace by Elanor Dymott part murder mystery and getting some good reviews....

Maybe 'A Company of Fellows' by Dan Holloway? My latest, a Bed of Knives, is set in Oxford but in spite of the title is a contemporary romance, not a thriller, sadly.

I read a thriller set in oxford a few months ago. I really enjoyed it. I think it was called death master. Not sure if it was a first or not.

Hi everyone- well, I read it- Every Contact Leaves a Trace- and it was quite good but not as good as the hype suggested...was glad I borrowed it from the library rather than bought it. Have put review on Amazon. Thanks for your help.
