Michael Connelly's very good. His Lincoln Lawyer of a few years ago impressed me. Comparisons to Grisham??.. now let me think :)

Actually, I've seen your Munro series jousting either side of my books in the kindle legal thrillers top ten and gave a mention of them a while back on another thread; so perhaps no surprise that you've seen mine and I should reciprocate.

My last published work might be up your street - Bobby on the Run.

It's about a UK police officer falsely accused of a serious crime he didn't commit. He gets locked up and then escapes custody to prove his innocence. I have been told it's easy to read and there is plenty of action along the way.

I'm ex-police and have spent most of my life learning, practising and teaching Lau Gar kung fu and full contact kickboxing (there's a fair bit of fighting action). So I know my onions so to speak.

I'd like to recommend you my book. I see you are a first time poster, I am a first time author. I've spent a couple of years on my first book and finally it is out there. But as a first time author who nobody knows, it's not easy to get out there.

What I really liked about your post was that you enjoy twists and easy reads. So do I. I've only ever read the one John Grisham book book called. 'The Testament,' but it was one of the best books I ever read!

So I would definitely recommend that to you, but if you want to take a chance on a new author, then take a chance on me.

For me its so difficult to find a good book. Yeah so you can ready the back cover, stand in the store and flip through a few pages, but is that enough...?

You feel guilty as the guy watches you wondering if you're going to buy and your uncomfortable standing or leaning for so long.....

So I make it easy, easy for people to come onto my site, read the first three chapters of my book, read reviews, look at the cover, read my motives for writing and then decide...

I propose that if you are not liking a book after the first three chapters, then you will not like the book, put it down and pick up something else, but if the first three chapters pull you in, then take a chance on a new author.

And I realize that a lot of new authors come here to sell there books and I say, so what! Give the reader the first three chapters and if they like it, great! If not, what have they lost....

So all you readers out there, take ten minutes to check out the first three chapters of my book, post a comment on my site, would love to know your thoughts, good or bad....If you like, I'll email you the rest, gladly, if not, it has only cost you your time.
