My missus has a thing for inspector Morse and Ken Barlow, something to do with high brow intellect and scornful intolerance I guess. Me, while most men seem to get turned on by production line Baywatch Babe types I have things for Lilith from Cheers, Willow from Buffy and Claire from Corrie. Why I dont know. it's that x factor thing. So, which less obvious characters appeal to you?

Dr. Melfi from "Sopranos" though I donīt really fancy Lorraine Bracco, the actress. Melfi seems calm, detached and vulnerable at the same time. I had a real crush on her. (But I donīt believe I would recognize Mrs Bracco in the streets)

NCIS (Tony DiNozzo) Michael Weatherly does it for me. Love the show as the cast also includes David McCallum (Ducky). Many years ago his picture, when he appeared in The Man from U.N.C.L.E, used to be on my wall.

She's not on TV that much but for me it's Rosemary Conley. She's 62 now and better than ever.

Abby from NCIS. With Ziva a close second.

(As for the men in NCIS, McGee ("Proby") looked like he might turn out to be an interesting character, but I think he's still being wasted. "Ducky" is a great example of the American view of an eccentric Brit. And Palmer (Ducky's assistant) is another basically wasted character.
Gibbs and DiNozzo both seem to be examples of the so-called Casanova Complex. I'm waiting for the scriptwriters to get up the courage to have them rent a room and get it out of their systems.)

Something tells me I'm not the only person who finds Number Six from Battlestar Galactica attractive, but I guess as it's Tricia Helfer it's not that odd.

NCIS Agent Gibbs (Mark Harmon) or Vincent D'onofrio (Goren) in Law & Order: Criminal Intent. Patrick Jane in the Mentalist has something about him too!
