I must be feeling brave today to admit to these four choices. I know that for most people they would be their TV nightmares, but I love watching:-
Deal Or No Deal
Who Wants To Be a Millionaire
X Factor

Footballers wives - I know its old but there are re-runs on at the moment - its certainly not something I would admit to anyone but sometimes there's nothing better then juicy, far fetched drama :-)

Veronica Mars, or Smallville

I would agree with Supernatural - except it's so brilliant I feel no guilt!

Top Gear.
I am a lefty treehugger who cycles everywhere and I cant stand Clarkson in print, but I do enjoy Top Gear.

Smallville...I am SUCH a big kid! :- ) The OC wasn't bad either, a bit of teenage TV does you the world of good...

robot wars: huge pleasure - minor guilt
Skins series 1 and 2 - great fun indeed but in your late 30s..???

For large amounts of guilt and more moderate pleasure I'd have to own up to some of the rubbish I've watched - and I did watch bits of "Legend of the seeker" on youtube. Real nonsense lol

It would probably have to be The Apprentice for me. A bunch of young upstarts trying to prove themselves in the cut-throat, profit-driven corporate world shouldn't really be anywhere close to being up my street but I start watching and just get completely absorbed.
And the good news (or maybe bad news actually) is that it's back again tomorrow night. Woohooo!
