Hi

i phoned customer servises and asked them if they have ever read any of the complaints posted to them by most of their customers trying to unsubscribe.

This particular lady i spoke to was very helpful and stopped the calls coming thru,i also emailed them saying if they didnt stop sending me emails i would take action that would stop them.

Like all retail outlets prices can go up or down? I consider it lucky when Amazon finds products that are usually very much cheaer than elsewhere and more often than not delivers free.

I have cancelled many subscribe and save items as the prices went up. None of them proved a problem to cancel just followed the instructions listed under "manage my subscriptions".

Good luck

To whome it may concern

You obviously dont read any of the reply`s you recieve about unsubscribing. so i will be taking matter`s into my own hands to stop all previous subscriptions.
So this had better stop.

I'm truly amazed at how many stupid people have commented on this post, you clearly shouldn't be allowed near a computer period. Amazon Prime is totally different to Subscribe & Save!!!!!

Amazon often give you a link in your shopping basket like "want this item tomorrow for free", if you click on it it will tell you you are signing up to their Prime service and unless cancelled within the month you will be billed £49 for 12 months use of this service, i'm sure they did something similar to Kindle books so you could get them for free once you paid a subscription.

Ensure you read what you are clicking on and subscribing to, all you people who say you never asked for this service are delusional as it doesn't happen on its own, you must have clicked on something. If you have a problem trying to navigate your account on here then contact customer services they always get back to me within the day if I have problems.

I used to use Prime a couple of years ago but cancelled as my items were taking longer to arrive than they were on super saver, however things have changed this year and it appears you become a 3rd class customer if you choose Super Saver as my orders recently have been taking around 4 days to even despatch, which is strange as I also sell on Amazon and if I don't despatch orders within 2 working days I get snotty emails from them and they down grade my seller score but it appears its fine for them to do it, so I may try Prime again now I have a new Xbox One and use their video streaming service too.

Sorry typo error. I was charged £49. How can I unsubscribe please as each time I click it takes me to another page. Olajumoke

The same thing applied to me. I was unable to cancel and I was charged £45. I wish to cancel as am not a regular buyer. Olajumoke

Yes, my Felix Good as it Looks subscribe and save order has been cancelled - I was receiving over £100 per month as I have 6 cats. Amazon are still selling this cat food, but it is no longer on subscribe and save. Very disappointing

My issue with subscribe and save is that Amazon seem unable to supply the same item twice in a row (3 monthly subscription) .. I had 9 things on order, and 3 have already been deleted (by Amazon) .. all these items (cat food) are widely available. I guess I should just stick to Tesco in future.

Oh Dear. Yet again I've been duped due to lack of understanding. Amazon are quick to take your money but how to unsubscribe. PLEASE AMAZON read these comments and show us what to do. None of us can afford £49.00 a month for nothing.

I am having the same trouble as you, as yet I cannot find a way to cancel it. I require a refund asap, I need that money.

I have had £49 deducted from my account without any notice before this was taken. NO confirmation email or anything. Amazon are obliged to 'clearly' make a customer aware of the charge if prime is not cancelled within 30 days and NOT in small blueprint. How do I get a refund as I have not used amazon since the original purchase with prime?

The Major says:
You probably used prime on a one month trial and didn't cancel it.

I think it's great myself.

Get goods quicker and don't have to buy a heap of items to get super saver delivery.

I remember the days when I paid for delivery, then if I spent over £15 I could get super saver, then it became super saver on every item amazon.co.uk sold.

It's going the other way now.

My advice is, if you buy regularly from amazon.co.uk keep prime.

Had my Oral B toothbrush heads on " subscribe and save" for some months. Decided to stop the subscription when the price increased to £9 and also returned the product for a refund. Amazon charged me £6 postage! ( I thought that it was free return). So just be aware.........

Does anybody know how to permanently cancel orders on 'subscribe and save' as I no longer require the items?
At the moment, I have to cancel each delivery, every month, before they get dispatched and I get billed. Seems a bit much to have to do this all the time.
Many thanks xx
