hi there i am having the same problem!! i keep receiving the sAME PRODUCT EVERY MONTH!! i ring amazon every dam month and get the same answer, it has been resolved, guess what?? that was 3 months ago and still i am receiving the samedam product and being charged for it!!

Like all retail outlets prices can go up or down? I consider it lucky when Amazon finds products that are usually very much cheaer than elsewhere and more often than not delivers free.

I have cancelled many subscribe and save items as the prices went up. None of them proved a problem to cancel just followed the instructions listed under "manage my subscriptions".

Amazon often give you a link in your shopping basket like "want this item tomorrow for free", if you click on it it will tell you you are signing up to their Prime service and unless cancelled within the month you will be billed £49 for 12 months use of this service, i'm sure they did something similar to Kindle books so you could get them for free once you paid a subscription.

Ensure you read what you are clicking on and subscribing to, all you people who say you never asked for this service are delusional as it doesn't happen on its own, you must have clicked on something. If you have a problem trying to navigate your account on here then contact customer services they always get back to me within the day if I have problems.

I used to use Prime a couple of years ago but cancelled as my items were taking longer to arrive than they were on super saver, however things have changed this year and it appears you become a 3rd class customer if you choose Super Saver as my orders recently have been taking around 4 days to even despatch, which is strange as I also sell on Amazon and if I don't despatch orders within 2 working days I get snotty emails from them and they down grade my seller score but it appears its fine for them to do it, so I may try Prime again now I have a new Xbox One and use their video streaming service too.

The same thing applied to me. I was unable to cancel and I was charged £45. I wish to cancel as am not a regular buyer. Olajumoke

I think it's great myself.

Get goods quicker and don't have to buy a heap of items to get super saver delivery.

I remember the days when I paid for delivery, then if I spent over £15 I could get super saver, then it became super saver on every item sold.

It's going the other way now.

My advice is, if you buy regularly from keep prime.

At the moment, I have to cancel each delivery, every month, before they get dispatched and I get billed. Seems a bit much to have to do this all the time.
