Samsung UE40D5520 40-inch Widescreen Full HD 1080p 100Hz LED SMART Internet TV with Freeview HD - Charcoal Black

Just bought the Samsung UE40D5520. In the instructions, it mentions antenna input via either VHF/UHF or Cable. Currently, I cannot pick up TV signal via standard aerial so I watch all my TV via a SKY box (Im not a sky subscriber, but use the box as a STB).I am wondering if I am able to take the Sky STB out of the equation, and plug the cable directly into the TV. There doesn't seem to be an input for cable, however it has confused me due to the mention of cable input both in the instruction manual, and in the on screen messages. Did a few Googles and discovered that this is built in for European countries, but I am wondering of it is possible in the UK to use the TV as a freesat receiver.

Any help/advice much appreciated!

Thanks in advance
