Ive just finished reading Joey W Hills, Hostile Takeover, and I loved it. I like BDSM Romance, and am wondering if anyone else likes this kind of romance book. I like the male to be the Dom.(Dont like dommes) The kind of books I read in the past are books by Maya Banks, Joey W Hill, shalya black.

Joey W Hills ice queen and mirror of my soul were outstanding masterpieces.

Can anyone else recommend a good bdsm romance. Now I have to state ROMANCE and not just erotic novels. I like the story to have a HAE being the m/f character. It could also be mmf or mfm. I dont mind, I also dont mind it being a bit darker in the BDSM theme, as long as the couple are heading towards a relationship or find love at the end.

Does anyone else like erotic romance with BDSM themes?

You can try Jan Bowles (In debt to the Dom/Trained by the Dom) or Dominique Adair (tho' some books are too short - check out her web site for free samples) and Leah Brookes (esp. Dark Desire and Blade's Desire others check reviews) and Skylar Kade (Maison Chronicles). They are not really darker tho. and sometimes border the genre.

Try Cherise Sinclairs Masters of the Shadowlands starts with Club Shadowlands (6 books in total so far) and Mountain Masters Books - Starts with Master of the Mountain (4 books in total, 2 of them in anthologies). There is a fair amount of romance IMO others may think differently. I'm the same I prefer there to be an actual story and romance rather than just purely erotic otherwise I just get bored and ditch the book.

You could also try Lexi Blake who is a new author and has co-written a couple books with Shayla Black.

Hi Suzy. Downloaded J. Hill's Board Resolution yesterday as never read Hill prior to your posting. Read's similar in concept to Jayne Rylon's Dream Machine.

If I am looking for new authors then I browse www.bookstrand.com for the latest (and past) in genre & and then check Amazon if its on kindle. Book strand has excerpts from book and is also rated. You can download the e-book but am not sure if kindle format so haven't done so yet. They recommend Jennika Snow this month.

Hello just found this thread, I read all of Joey Hill's books love her Nature of desire and Vampire Queen series. I must recommend the Fifty Shades of Grey trilogy OMG another Joey Hill friend told me about them, just lost my heart to Christian and Ana. The books are all long which gives time for meaty characters and storylines. BDSM and vanilla elements all very 'hot' beautifully written cant recommend high enough :-)
