I would say it's on its way. Reduced decibel limit at Hyde Park for Neil Young meant listening to continuous cr4 p from the bald brigade in the audience.

I find sellotape works just as well for our ruddy avian friends. There is another product on the market with a similar name - 10M Duct Tape- Strong & reliable 48mm x 10m-Adhesives - but if you ever have to truss an ape I'd recommend - Gorilla Tape 11m - but it might be kinder to shave them first, God knows them ducks lose enough feathers to the sticky tape! ;)

Edit, isn't the stuff roadies use - 1 Roll Gaffer tape Black 48mm x 50m gaffa duct duck packing cloth book binding

Heil, Heil, Rock 'n Roll !

MC Zaptone says:
For stage setups it's got to be gaffer tape, there is a big difference. Gaffer tape, while being strong enough to tape things down it can be torn into lengths with the use of teeth (a prerequisite for all roadies when working to a time schedule). Duct tape on the other hand has nylon webbing running through it. While it is very strong it would send your dental fees through the roof.

Duct tape, Duck tape, Gaffer tape is basically the same thing but it started it's life in 1902 as duck tape. One of my favorite bands, 'Swans' always use duck tape.
