Bellatori says:
Hi Diane... back with us after the bank holiday. Out with your grandson? I sent the family out so I could do some decorating but frankly as it was such a lovely day in Newcastle I wish I had gone to the Alnwick gardens myself...

O.Binladen says:
The quote isn't yours, the lies denying evolution and favouring creationist nonsense were yours. The quote was to highlight the mendacity of your claims, which I think were clear to everyone familiar with your posts.

DB says:
hi Bellatori

We had a lovely weekend thanks. Just the two of us. Luxury hotel. North yorks countryside. Wonderful.
I have been to the Alnwick gardens some time ago. I loved the tumbling water feature.
I hope you managed to get th decorating finished.

I guess I would have to say that the answer to the OP is yes.

" I loved the tumbling water feature."

So, apparently did my grandson. He has only been walking unaided for two weeks and managed to fall in and get soaked (much like his mother at the same age at the seaside.) !

O.Binladen says:
That's a lie, I never attributed the quote to you, just used it to highlight your dishonest claims for the b******t that is creationism.

And if you knew twice what you think you know you'd still be dumber than a bucket of hair.

Bellatori

I bet the water was tooo tempting for him. It is fascinating as it falls and flows.
Hope he was ok. Did they have a change of clothes?

Bellatori says:
I am taking him swimming tomorrow to the ducklings at tyneside. One change of clothes is never enough!! He thinks getting wet and dirty is really clever. He just stands there with a smug look on his face. Its a shame they grow up!!

How can you hate something you dont belive exists?

O.Binladen says:
"How on earth can you use a 'quote' that is not mine to highlight my beliefs."

Oh dear, I'll go slowly for you, and bullet point it:

1. You premised that evolution was far from proved.
2. I posted a quote from elsewhere highlighting evidence that clearly showed that claim to be untrue.

"As for creationism, have you any idea what it is?"

It's nonsense from biblical myth, dressed up in a new name, still b******t though.

Did I say partnerships? I know they existed. Were they seen as legal marriages? However, I'm not going to be arguing about this more as I am not against gay marriages.

I think you will find that DB belongs to by far the largest Christian religion,, and that that religion does believe in evolution. So do most Anglicans, Methodists, Lutherans etc

OB, Would somebody else like to point out to this person that I am not Tom M?. For the final time, please quote me one homophobic remark by me (Tom W).

I have actually apologised in 4 different threads for my mistake, so let's make it 5, please accept my unreserved apology both for my comments and for confusing you with Tom.M.

Bellatori says:
"I think you will find that DB belongs to by far the largest Christian religion" ... This is a quibble I do appreciate but I find this somewhat puzzling. Does she not belong to a Christian sect? Surely they all, 'Anglicans, Methodists, Lutherans etc' belong to the christian religion...

In reply to an earlier post on 27 May 2013 21:12:41 BDT
Yes, it is a quibble -- I should have said 'church'. Best, Tom

In reply to an earlier post on 27 May 2013 21:15:42 BDT
Bellatori says:
Yes, you are right. Sect has connotations of ... I am not sure what but nothing very kind... church is much better.

Thanks!
Jo
