According to the bible was a person called Jesus ever really crucified? Can you backup your claims just using the bible? in time I will show how Jesus was not crucified using the bible.

"Can you backup your claims just using the bible?"

John 19: 16-18.

...And I imagine it would be difficult to crucify someone with a Bible ;)

So offer up your reasons why, so that there is time to think up a reason why not.

There are no unbelievers.

AJ Murray says:
According to the Qur'an he wasn't crucified at all, apparently Allah only made is seem like he was to fool the observers of the time.

Why Allah would do this is never explained... perhaps he desired a counterpoint to Islam and wanted conflict?

Reson,

It would depend on how common a name Jesus was and how many people were crucified during that period of history.

He wanted millions and millions of people to believe for six hundred years something that Muslims find 'impossible' and 'offensive'; according to Muslims.

Not the cleverest of ideas.

C. A. Small says:
Muslims seem to find most things "offensive", funny how they cannot wait to live in a secular society, then demand respect for some bronze age myths, then want our society to change to their ways. The option of going to live in a bronze age culture somewhere else does not seem to appeal, I wonder why?

Malachi says:
First of all, his name wasn't Jesus: in his time he would be been referred or identified as Yeshua. Second, if everything or atleast some of the things in the New Testament are true, maybe there was a conspiracy by those in charge Romans and Jews who wanted to erase the incidents and so tried to suppress everything while some truth still remained and persevered.

Massive coverups by authorities and governments are nothing new.

If only he had a dad with more power than the authorities, eh?
