A view of North Korea-

The socialist system of the Republic is a people-centred social system in which the masses of the working people are the masters of everything and everything in society serves them. In accordance with the nature of its socialist system, the Government of the Republic defends and protects the interests of workers, peasants and intellectuals and all other working people who have become masters of state and society, free from exploitation and oppression.

Not even the NKer's?

Nobody KNOWS:

They send us filum of wonderful formation routines in Kim ll-Sung Square.

Clips of vigorous formation clapping at The Supreme Leader's meetings.

Shots of the boy King on military ops, watching mechanical mice fire rockets.

Thousands of escaped Nker's (independently) tell tales of genocide, starvation, growing impoverishment...

Satellite evidence shows there's no lights on at night, there's little industrial activity, the fields are barren.

David Groom says:
Gordon Bennett,

'Thousands of escaped Nker's (independently) tell tales of genocide, starvation, growing impoverishment...'

And now they've closed the industrial complex that gave employment to a good many of NK's citizens. A wonderful example of the actions of the masters of everything and everything in society serving them - in the words of Simon DHB.

Commie police state, starving populace, ruled by megalomaniacal dictator who wants to nuke everything in sight.

Call me crazy, but that's not the kind of country I'm sticking up for.
