I have a website and would like to publish an image every few minutes to show a view about 600 mtrs away. Zoom would be great. I have been looking at wireless IP cameras, but there are either very expensive or poor quality.

Has anybody use a normal camera with some other hardware to take pictures and publish on the net, or any other solution. Video is not needed or IR.

An eye-fi wifi enabled SD card could be used to send to a web page set up to receive them. see http://www.eye.fi/features

on amazon: http://www.amazon.co.uk/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_1?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=eye+fi
You could upload directly to a site like flickr then embed a live flickr slideshow on your site.

To insert a product link use the format: [[ASIN:ASIN product-title]] (What's this?)
