Linda Perhacs hot on the heels of her first fine album - a mere 44 years ago - the quick cashing in the hype comes out skilfully missing xmas sales dip. 44 years is this a record ?

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3n-nWy6fB00 - a sample track released - would not have been out of place on the first album.

amazing after all these years that Linda Perhacs can still inspire a crackling prospering thread like this - already somewhere between 3 and 5 people think that the comments so far, er, both of them..er mine...directly relating to the threads opening line...3-5 ! think that they, the comments I made as the original poster do NOT...not !...not ?? add to the discussion..

oh I get it - it is the awed silence.....the stunned pause before some really highly additional comments rain down on this rather hesitant thread...

er...or noone gives a monkeys or as ever heard of the artist. Right Right then, I dare, I double dare...anyone...ANYONE...to suggest that This comment..this very comment..does not add to the discussion...go on...risk it..see what happens.....press the no button...yeah ? and watch my cunningly concealed viral nightmare gut your computer and dump your cloud into the ocean...eh ? go on...I want you to...just to see it.....cowards !!!

Im one of the co producers on the new record.. I have been a Perhacs fan for over 10 years.. this record is inspired, complex, and modern. Get ready for another wonderful Sunday morning/Night driving soundtrack record that will be a step forward for Perhacs without losing fans of Parallelograms. I made sure of that..

Wow ! thanks for commenting on my silly thread. Much respect and good will to you and everyone involved with the record, and joking aside, it is very moving to see Ms Perhacs coming back into the recording studio in this new colder century. I hope that both this new album and the previous one, get the wider recognition that they deserve. Thanks for your work - music keeps me going and is more precious to me than I am able to say.

good vibes ! if one person discovers and digs such beautiful tracks as these...Hey, Who Really Cares? and Chimacum Rain or the trippy title track - Parallelograms - then I am chuffed. )these three being my fav moments from the first album)
